It's really a good day and a beautiful one too. This topic resonates with me badly because there are some things that I experience most times that really makes me feel bad.
Hives is really a great place, it's a place that has added to my growth and life experience.

I get to meet and interact with many people I can't even recognize when I see them physically.
If I actually have the power to change some things on Hives, firstly, I will make the space more comfortable for the newbie, and I will make the account creation way easier and faster. I Could remember when I wanted to introduce someone to Hives, he waited for days to get his keys and log into his account, but the keys never showed up, and just like that, he gave up.
I don't really know if the site was having issues at the time, but it was really sad seeing him walk away.
And also, I will improve rewards for quality posts. Some people spend their time creating quality and good post, but they just don't just get any rewards, or they get little rewards, which is kind of sad. Most times, the author might not create a post because of the experience had with their last post. It's really sad, as it can lead to quitting Hives.
I will also support smaller community that posts quality and good content. By doing this, I believe it will get more people engaged.
And also, I will stop people from buying votes, and pit a life time down vote penalty for anyone who I caught buying votes.This makes some newbies feel that it's very easy and, when they begin to create posts,
There are many people today in the hive who trade votes, and without that trade, they literally can't stay in the hive.
