SPS is an important point for this Splinterlands game, and I understand that play us who hold such a big quantity of the token are getting better rewards, and this is why this token is a crucial part of this entire gaming ecosystem. I realised this at the beginning of the day gaming journey when I started, and that time I managed to purchase over 100k tokens. that time, the price was high, and I purchased a total of 125 K tokens from the market. At that time, I had no idea about the price crash, but it has happened, and that is why my investment is reduced in terms of dollar value. I did not buy at one price, but at that time the price was almost double what I paid. And since I prefer not to buy in one go, I purchased in parts, but still, if I do the comparison with the current price, then my investment is down.
I also track the SPS price in the market sometimes. For example, today,y when I see the price, it is really low, where my investment for the entire holding is worth 400 US dollars, which is really very little. But I'm hoping that this situation will improve in the future. There is no point if I sell off and booking a profit, and that is why I am not even thinking about that. As a player, I believe adding more SPS to the holding will make sense.
Let's have a look at the coin price, which has gone down in the last 30 days, and looking at the overall market sentiment looks like this is going to drop further since even Bitcoin is not stable this time. Every coin is impacted because of the bearish market, and we don't know when things are going to improve. So the right strategy at this time would be to hold whatever you have and wait for the right time. If you have money, you can invest some more if you are convinced about the project's growth and have the patience to wait.
I'm a regular player, So this holding for the SPS coin is helping me get a good reward and when I do the comparison with what other people hold then I find myself nowhere in the game because I see some people holding millions of tokens in their wallet and just imagine how much reward they are getting every season because obviously with higher holding they stand on top of the queue. For now, I have no plan to invest in SPS because the market is not really in a good mood, and I don't even know if this is going to continue, but at the same time also not going to sell anything that I have because it is my long-term investment, and I will continue to hold it in the game. While I'm also adding some cards to my card collection and growing the overall deck, SPS is going to be in my account as it is, and maybe in the future I can think of adding some more. Thank you!
