Hitting my yearly reading target by August isn’t a flex about how fast I can flip pages, it’s proof that my internal operating system is ruthlessly dialed in.
Most people treat their goals like a casual December sprint, but I treated my daily tracking like high-leverage data inputs, compounding pages every single morning while the rest of the world was still scrolling their brains into a dopamine deficit.
Crushing this target four months early means I didn’t just absorb information, I mastered execution, built an ironclad habit loop and effectively bought back an entire third of my year to play with pure house money.
Now, while everyone else scrambles to finish book number twelve during the holidays, I’m already moving the goalposts, auditing my high-signal takeaways and levelling up my intellectual leverage for 2027 before they’ve even cleared their current queue.
Best of probabilities to you.
Dane.
