Welcome to January’s community-based voting contest for the Post of the Month, Compliment of the Month, and Non-Compliment Comment of the Month! The goal of this contest is to encourage the creation of quality content, respectful discussion, both long-form and short-form, for the betterment of the community and its members.
The winner of the Post of the Month and Compliment of the Month will win 5 HSBI + 1000 Ecency Points, and runner-ups of these plus the Non-Compliment Comment of the Month will win 3 HSBI + 500 Ecency Points.
I do sincerely apologize for how delayed the contest turned out to be this month. Professional circumstances plus the training of some new team members delayed the publication of this contest. We’ll be much timelier next month!

How to Vote:
Our community account (@hive-140084) will post each entry as a separate comment and whichever gets the most votes will win! This will not be stake-based voting; every individual’s vote will count equally. Please vote only for your favorite post / compliment / non-compliment comment (only one of each!). Also, please do not vote for own entry! If you are short on voting power or wish to save it, then leave a comment under your choice in lieu of a vote, and it will be counted as a vote.
The same rules will apply for any write-in content.
My personal votes + @fc-curation won’t count towards the tally of votes, as I already created the shortlist of content in this post. The vote will be completely democratic.
We’ll conclude the voting process within a week’s time in order to allow for sufficient time for everyone to vote.
Once again… just to make it perfectly clear: Please vote only for ONE favorite post, ONE favorite compliment, and ONE non-compliment comment.
Conclusion
Here is January’s contest: we’re providing our members an opportunity to vote for their choice of Post of the Month, Compliment of the Month, and Non-Compliment Comment of the Month! The post announcing the next contest will be made in the first week of February to permit a week’s worth of nominations prior to revealing the winners.
