Our life is completely driven by motivation and all of the things that we do every single day let it be the smallest thing or even something that is making us achieve our goals or whatever it is we always look forward to achieving perfection and also making sure that we are successful in doing whatever we are doing and that is the drive which always keeps pushing us. But at the same time, one of the fears that continuously keeps on arriving in our mind is the doubt that we are doing enough and that whatever we are doing is going to be something that is going to be worth it.
This kind of thought is very common within ourselves because it is something that will be upon us because of a lot of factors that we are surrounded with which involves the Hunger to be perfect as well as also the pressure from society and our self-doubt as well which can often make a feel a lot of stress as well. Doing all of this always distracts us from the fact that the things that we are actually able to do and the things that we are accomplishing are also something that we need to appreciate.
One of the biggest reasons why we feel so that we often compare ourselves with other people as well as the things that they are doing and the things that day or achieving your friend compares US with other people as we only see the successful aspects that they have to offer but at the same time we ignore the things that they did to get to the point where they are which includes their struggles as well as their countless failures and even their moments of self-doubt which is something that everyone goes through which is something that we need to also realize rather than just thinking about comparing our current status with the successful nature that others have achieved.
There are a lot of unrealistic expectations that we often put on ourselves regardless of what we are capable of achieving at this given point in time and this is also something that we need to realize and work accordingly because setting Unreal high standards is something that is going to be making us feel a lot more pressure and this will also not allow us to acknowledge the progress that we are making because we always would feel lacking behind regardless of whatever we are doing and the progress that we are making.
Many times we often fail to even recognize the things that we are doing as well because there can be a lot of small things that we feel to be irrelevant but at the same time, there are also a lot of big achievements that we have made because everything that we build our filled with a lot of smaller steps and even though small steps and needed to be celebrated because that also did required and effort from our side and that is also something that we need to make sure that it is something that is celebrated because everything is step is going to be insurance the progress that we are making towards the bigger goal.
Continuously working is also another thing that we need to ensure is under our control because we often have these thoughts that creep in within our brain which is about whether are we doing enough and that is something when we even try to push harder than what we were doing and that often results in Burnout which also is going to be very much harmful to us. After all, it is going to affect our performance directly and also undermine the potential that we could have achieved if we didn't think about it and this can easily be taken away from by just taking regular breaks rather than just stressing ourselves out and feeling that we are incomplete.
Finding sources of motivation is also something that is going to be extremely helpful because that is going to fill us with positive energy that will help us to give in efforts in an easier way that will help us constantly move towards our next thing and limit all of these negativities around us is also going to be a very helpful thing that we can do and help us prepare a mindset that will not allow this kind of thoughts to Creep in within our head.
We have to be grateful for all of the things that we are making possible and achieving as well because every progress that we are making might not be visible but at the same time we are better than what we used to be need to be grateful for even that and doing so will make us feel a lot better because we are recognizing our growth as well as the things that we have done which is only going to make us feel better as we are being credited for which is a real thing and we have to do it for ourself and having that inner voice tell us to keep pushing.
