Today i would like to share about my experience to Jhandewalan Hanuman mandir, as it is one of the most popular Hindu temples in Delhi, India. The shrine is marked by the 108 feet statue of Lord Hanuman.
I still remember I used to watch a serial in my childhood. In the starting of ever episode of the serial, the tall Idol of lord Hanumanji was seen tearing his chest. So I was wondering whether such a big Hanuman ji is really present somewhere or is he just doing a show through editing and It came to my mind that I would also like to see this tall idol of Hanuman once in life. Finally a small dream of mine has come true that I didn't even remember about. If you have faith in God then all your small and big dreams will be fulfilled.
Our train was at 4:00 and we had to check out of the hotel at 11:00. We had some time so we thought there was a temple nearby and let's go there. It was Tuesday and seeing Lord Hanuman is considered auspicious. When I was going, I did not know whether it was the same Hanumanji temple or not.
As soon as I went to the temple and saw that tall idol of Hanuman ji, it came to my mind. Oh yes, this is what I thought about in my childhood. Thank you God for remembering a small dream of mine.
The idol was so big that lord Hanuman face was not visible, then it came to my mind that I wish I would have come by metro so that I could have seen the entire Lord Hanuman.
The stunning and massive idol of Lord Hanuman really make me feel blessed and lucky. Visiting this temple is my unique experience, as it's inspire me positively and give me inner peace and devotion.
When I touched such a big feet of lord hanuman, my soul was filled with joy, it felt so good.
This small idol of Lord Hanuman was kept inside the temple where we can worship him, Could offer him sweet and take blessings from them.
Goddess Kaali
The temple was not big but its recognition was high. Near the temple of Hanuman ji, they had made a cave of Maa Vaishno Devi which is really beautiful and Fabulous. As photography was prohibited inside the cave of Vaishnodevi so I did not take pictures.
The cave was very small but even the big fatty and tall man could easily pass through it. Till date no science has been able to answer how this can happen.
There was very good carving work done on the walls. How old is this temple but there is no comparison to the artistic and architecture here. Now even the biggest artisans will be afraid to make it.
If you ever come to Delhi then definitely visit this ancient temple and make your life successful by taking blessings of lord Hanuman.
