Today I would like to share the Recipe of Atta(wheat flour) & Mewa(Dryfruits) Ladoos. It is Healthy and Good Source of Nutrients Desserts which is Made up Whole Flour, dryfruits and Desi Ghee(clarified butter).Ladoos Sweet is a generic dessert from Indian cuisine, there are various way of Making it but as always I would like to share simple and Quick way of Making it. This recipe of flour laddu is being passed down from generations. There have been no changes in it till now. These Ladoos are Good Source of Energy, help in Digestion, helps in Bone Health, Boost Immunity and High in Nutrients. Guys try this amazing Indian Desserts which Healthy and Delicious in Taste.

Ingredients๐Ÿ“ƒ


โ€ข 2 cups of Wheat flour.
โ€ข 1 cup of Desi Ghee.
โ€ข 2 cups of Sugar (adjust acc to Taste).
โ€ข 1 cup of Fox Nut.
โ€ข ยฝ tsp cardamom powder.
โ€ข 2 tbsp raisins.
โ€ข 2 tbsp Almonds.


Process ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ

Chopped the Raisins & Almonds, keep it aside.

Heat the kadai, add the Fox nut, Roast it on low flame, untill it Get Crispy.

Once your Fox Nut turned Crispy, then Grind it to make a powder. Keep it aside.

Turn the Sugar into powder in the Grinder, Keep it aside.

Heat the Kadai again, Roast the Wheat flour on Low Flame, Keep stirring so that flour didn't burn from the Bottom.

Add ghee and continue to roast until the atta turns aromatic and golden brown. Keep it mind, Roast it on low Flame.

As you can see in the picture, perfect Texture & Colour. Try to roast the wheat until it get Golden Brown in Colour.

Transfer the mixture to the large Vessel,Cool completely. When it comes to Room Temperature, then add Fox nut powder, Sugar powder, Chopped Dryfruit,cardamom Powder & Some more Desi Ghee.

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

Use this portion to shape into a ladoo or small to medium-sized round ball

Similarly, make medium size ladoo from the remaining mixture.

Tip - If in a case, you are not able to form Round balls (ladoos)and mixture is crumbling, then add a few more tablespoons of Desi ghee. Mix it well and then continue to make the Ladoos again.

Once done, store them in an air-tight jar. These stay good for a month in winters. But in hot weather, you have to refrigerate them for a month.
