Another Winter Special Recipe, A North Indian or Punjabi cuisine parantha stuffed with flavored grated cauliflower(gobi), easy and simple stuffed paratha recipe prepared with wheat flour dough, stuffed with raw cauliflower grate. In India parantha is part of everyday meal, we usually having either in lunch or dinner. Today what 'm sharing is special, as winters seasonal veggie has it own flavour and Taste which can beat the hybrid vegetable. Raw Gobi parantha are my favourite, there are many ways of making the gobi stuffing but raw stuffing I liked the most.

Ingredients ๐Ÿ“ƒ


โ€ข 1/2 grated Cauliflower.
โ€ข 1 inch Ginger.
โ€ข 3-5 cloves of garlic.
โ€ข 1/2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
โ€ข 2 cups of wheat flour.
โ€ข 1/2 of Ajwain.
โ€ข oil, for roasting.
โ€ข Salt to Taste.


Process ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ

To prepare the dough, in a large bowl take wheat flour salt, ajwain and mix well.

Ad water as required and knead to smooth and soft dough. Make it rest for 10 minutes.

Grate the Cauliflower, Add the salt, garam masala and mix it well.

As your dough is ready now, take a small ball, roll it about 5 inch in Diameter, keep the gobi stuffing in the Center as shown in picture.Tke the edge and start pleating bringing it to the centre. Make Sure, your pleating should be tight so thats Stuffing should come out.

Srinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick.

Heat the Tawa, Place the Rolled paratha, cook it for a minute.

Now flip the paratha, now brush the oil all over the paratha, gain once or twice till both sides are cooked properly.

Fnally, serve hot Gobi Paratha with Green Chutney , Tomato sauce, raita or pickle.
