Lassi is Indian Beverages made up of Yoghurt with some sugar, it is a stirred and blended fresh yogurt made of milk (you can say). This is one of the popular North Indian sweet Drink. There are a lot of ways to prepare this drink, you can make it traditionally or in a blender. Lassi is a cooling, refreshing, probiotic drink perfect for the warm Summer.

It is summer season in India and I had some important work due to which I went to the market in the Afternoon, On the same road, there was a famous Lassi shop of my city. I had seen Lassi's shop on Instagram reels but had never tasted it.It’s mesmerizing to watch street vendors make lassi. So I thought that I would take a lassi for my family that I did not feel like having in the scorning summer and So I will get it packed and drink it comfortably sitting at home.

Imagine it was 3:30 extreme high temperature , but there was still a queue at the lassi stall. After waiting for about 15 minutes. My turn came. I had never visited such a lassi shop before. It was feeling uncomfortable 🥵 For a second i have a thought let's go and will not have it, because standing in such hot temperature making me feel tired.

First he blended the curd well with sugar witg traditional way, then put a layer of Rabri(sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, made by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes it colour to Off-white) as you can see in the Picture, then a layer of Curd cream then pour some roohafza theb sprinkle some Dryfruits to make it more tempting...

The best thing I have to say is that they were doing serving lassi in disposable glasses? But even if you ask us to pack it in earthen glasses, it will do the same without charging it extra.

The price of Lassi was reasonable rs30 around $0.34 as the quality and quality was amazing,One glass of was sufficient, drinking a glass of Lassi can skip one time meal, as it was heavy,Delicious and Healthy to have it.

I just love it. It is so filling and hearty. In a hot day, a cold lassi is like heaven, A refreshing drink in Scorching Summers which make you Feel energetic and makes your mind cool. Try this simplest Beverage...
