Sometimes I think if the bull run is already happening or if I know when it is happening when it is the time. Also, I keep thinking about how the bull run covers our expectations. Everyone expects it with predictions about coins A and B going to the moon and maybe coins C and D going to dust. The recipe for that is pretty difficult to define with a forecast. In my point of view, I try to trace parallels with our existing financial point of view in investments. We have central pillars which are currencies (with US dollar as being a central one) and valuable metals like gold, silver, and commodities. And we have companies where we can buy stocks that are very influenced by these central pillars. Is crypto following the same trend?

It is difficult to see cryptos that don't follow Bitcoin (BTC) tragedies or high expectations. What we call altcoins are pretty sensitive to bad and excellent BTC moments. So I can say that BTC is one central pillar of the cryptocurrency world. Is this going to be forever like this? maybe or no. The main problem right now is that most cryptocurrencies that have a utility aren't being well explored. For example, if people decide that Hive is broadly used by all world citizens like how people use Instagram/Facebook/X, Hive probably would detach from this trend. Right now, people question whether crypto will be widely implemented. All possible payment, or AI, social, and more projects that are crypto-based need to be widely used by everyone, which includes governments. By its nature BTC won't have many utilities, people are still trying to make the lightning network work so it can be used efficiently as a payment, but still very prone to hacking and bugs. BTC for sure will be an asset that's why people compare it a bit with gold.

The first projects that you think an alternatives to be used as central players as payment methods are Ripple (XRP) and Stellar Lumens (XLM) are the most promising methods with high speed of transferring and low fees that people are seeing for now to be used in this area. Even the US Federal Reserve was thinking about these possibilities. The goal is mostly finding a solution that targets individuals that even doesn't have bank accounts and big companies making easy and fast operations around the globe, which right now with the regular banking system can take some sometimes. However, either option doesn't bring solutions with stacking in their protocols or options in DeFi for now. However recently Stellar started with their Soroban platform for smart contracts. This new platform promises to bring more investment alternatives to Stellar Network and probably get more advantages in having its token.

So for a bull run I believe that both XRP and XLM will have a good evolution. I also have some other bets in my mind in other utilities. But I guess that Stellar Lumens will be for sure on the top 10 crypto projects very soon ( now it is around the 30s). Unless another payment crypto project gets more attention in the next months. Like we have many bank options why not have multiple projects as options and we can migrate once in a while when we feel that the projects offer more benefits for our current investment pattern?

It is pretty difficult to forecast what is going to happen for the bull run, but I am betting on tokens that have utilities somehow in the usage in our daily life or even in the financial world. Holding a token just because it is good to speculate it doesn't match my investment behavior. I bet on cryptocurrencies that bring innovation and better evolution to what we currently have as an alternative until the mark of cryptocurrency creation. Stellar Lumens is a good candidate to make well the bull run.

Às vezes, eu penso se o mercado em alta já está acontecendo ou se eu sei quando está acontecendo, quando é o momento certo. Além disso, continuo pensando sobre como o mercado em alta atende às nossas expectativas. Todos esperam isso com previsões sobre as moedas A e B indo para a lua e talvez as moedas C e D indo para o pó. A receita para isso é bastante difícil de definir com uma previsão. Do meu ponto de vista, tento traçar paralelos com nossa perspectiva financeira existente em investimentos. Temos pilares centrais que são moedas (com o dólar americano sendo uma central) e metais valiosos como ouro, prata e commodities. E temos empresas onde podemos comprar ações que são muito influenciadas por esses pilares centrais. As criptomoedas estão seguindo a mesma tendência?

É difícil ver criptomoedas que não seguem as tragédias ou as altas expectativas do Bitcoin (BTC). O que chamamos de altcoins são bastante sensíveis aos momentos ruins e excelentes do BTC. Então posso dizer que o BTC é um pilar central do mundo das criptomoedas. Isso vai ser para sempre assim? Talvez sim, talvez não. O principal problema agora é que a maioria das criptomoedas que têm uma utilidade não está sendo bem explorada. Por exemplo, se as pessoas decidirem que o Hive é amplamente usado por todos os cidadãos do mundo, como as pessoas usam o Instagram/Facebook/X, o Hive provavelmente se destacaria dessa tendência. Atualmente, as pessoas questionam se as criptomoedas serão amplamente implementadas. Todos os possíveis pagamentos, ou projetos de IA, sociais e mais que são baseados em criptomoedas, precisam ser amplamente utilizados por todos, o que inclui governos. O objetivo é principalmente encontrar uma solução que atinja indivíduos que nem mesmo têm contas bancárias e grandes empresas realizando operações fáceis e rápidas ao redor do mundo, o que atualmente, com o sistema bancário regular, pode levar algum tempo. No entanto, nenhuma das opções traz soluções com stack em seus protocolos ou opções em DeFi por enquanto. No entanto, recentemente, o Stellar começou com sua plataforma Soroban para contratos inteligentes. Esta nova plataforma promete trazer mais alternativas de investimento para a Rede Stellar e provavelmente obter mais vantagens em ter seu token.

É bastante difícil prever o que vai acontecer para o mercado em alta, mas estou apostando em tokens que tenham utilidades de alguma forma no uso em nossa vida diária ou mesmo no mundo financeiro. Manter um token apenas porque é bom especular não combina com meu comportamento de investimento. Eu aposto em criptomoedas que trazem inovação e uma evolução melhor para o que temos atualmente como alternativa até a marca da criação de criptomoedas. O Stellar Lumens é um bom candidato para se sair bem no mercado em alta.
