Congratulations to the last winners from the @hive.pizza community monthly newbie retention contest. For those who don't know the contest is organized at @hivetrending account and he delegates 500 hp for Hive newbies with an account not older than 6 months and with a HP less than 500. He delegates 500 HP to this person and also to the person who refers this newbie, so what you are missing? You can find more information about it in here . Last competition we didn't have many referrals, in addition, my candidate was referred by another person after my post. But anyway @lia.bvzz should be happy during this month with an extra 500 HP to help her build more HP while voting. She deserved it. It is important to nominate these newbies so they can grow a bit more. Since the last post I have been meeting many accounts that could fit in the competition, and it is nice to see that some of them are already reaching 500 HP in such a short period. I think that people are already trying to push as many newbies as they can, as long they are productive and doing their job with networking. But still, some others have more difficulties in finding their spot. My next nominee is someone that is trying his best for that but he found some roadblocks in the way but didn't give up. My second Pakistani referred me around here. He joined Hive in November 2023 and has almost 177 HP. Let's welcome @sahi1.

This user is a young Pakistani who studies ICS Statistics at the University. However, he has many hobbies, including gardening he has some beautiful flowers that presented right away to the blockchain in here . In another interesting post to meet a bit more the user he mentioned 3 dreams that he had but he had some fear behind it. The first one was piloting an airplane, which looks interesting but brings many concerns for the user; watching horror movies, which makes him have nightmares only to think about it; and learning to skate, since he watched many videos but he thinks is a bit dangerous. He started to show also how much he liked to cook. At first, he published a nice pasta recipe that he cooked in the hive learners community in here. However, he faced his first door closing in his face not long ago. The first downvote we never forget, but I hope that the user doesn't get sad about it it happens. He posted a recipe with eggs and milk in a vegan community. Now he learned to read about the community rules. It is a common error in Hive that sometimes we learn in the worst way!

Para aqueles que não sabem, o concurso é organizado pela conta @hivetrending e ele delega 500 HP para novatos do Hive com uma conta não mais antiga do que 6 meses e com um HP inferior a 500. Ele delega 500 HP para essa pessoa e também para a pessoa que se refere a esse novato, então o que você está esperando? Você pode encontrar mais informações sobre isso aqui . No último concurso, não tivemos muitas referências, além disso, meu candidato foi referido por outra pessoa após meu post. Este usuário é um jovem paquistanês que estuda estatística na universidade.
