When your throat is parched and dry in the scorching sun, nothing can be more satisfying than a glass of cold sherbet. The small shops or food stalls on the roadsides of our country are like an oasis for this thirsty traveler. Especially after evening, these shops seem to regain a new life. Just looking at the plastic glasses arranged in rows on the bright yellow shelves of the shops makes your heart feel good.
The picture shows a variety of different colored sherbet. The light yellow sherbet may be made of sugarcane or lemon. The dark green sherbet next to it may be made of raw mango or betel, which is very effective in keeping the body cool.
