As the afternoon turns to evening, the roadside shops suddenly get crowded. From pedestrians to office workers, everyone seems to be fascinated by the same mantra. This mantra is hot fried snacks. In front of the shop, golden colored Bahari food is piled up in tin containers. Just looking at it makes your mouth water.
The first picture shows a person picking up food from the shop. This scene is a reflection of the simple but tempting life on the roadside. The method of making these foods is also worth seeing. The intoxicating smell that spreads around when the onion chops or potato chops covered in a besan batter that has bubbled in hot oil are fried is truly strange. It is accompanied by a raw salad that goes very well with this oily food.

The second and third pictures show the appearance of the golden fried foods from a closer look. Although these are common foods, their taste is completely different. The top part becomes crispy due to deep frying. The soft filling inside tastes incomparable. No expensive restaurant can provide the ultimate satisfaction that a plate of hot, steaming fried food gives on a rainy day or a winter evening.
Fried food is accompanied by tamarind chutney or cucumber salad. The combination of the sour and spicy taste of the chutney and the freshness of the salad doubles the taste of these delicious foods. The experience of eating this food while standing on the side of the road with everyone is completely different. With a cup of liqueur tea or milk tea, these fried foods quickly take a place in our minds.

Many people may be worried about whether these foods are healthy or not. But even then, sometimes on a sad day or in a chat room, one cannot stop oneself from eating these street foods. It's hard to put into words the small joys and satisfaction these tiny golden morsels of food bring to our daily lives. It's as if we forget all our sorrows for a moment.
