As the afternoon turns to evening, the streets of the city take on a new look. The crowds of people returning from office, the hawkers' shouts and the soft light of the lampposts all combine to create a strange atmosphere. One such evening, I was walking along a busy street. Suddenly, the aroma of tempting food came to my nose. As I looked, I saw a vendor setting up a mobile shop on the side of the road.
Various types of food items were arranged in rows in front of the shop. It was mouth-watering to see. The pizza and chicken roll stalls were especially eye-catching. The large round pizzas were arranged one after another, wrapped in plastic. The twisted design of the red sauce further enhanced the beauty of the pizzas. Chicken rolls were kept in a row in a wooden box next to them. A mixture of chicken and other ingredients was visible as a filling inside the golden-colored paratha or bread. There was a tempting topping of mayonnaise and sauce on top.
Seeing everything, I couldn't control my greed. I decided to buy a pizza. I went to the seller and asked for a pizza. He handed over the hot pizza wrapped in plastic on a white paper plate. The sauce craftsmanship on the pizza looked quite beautiful. As soon as I opened the packet, a wonderful smell spread. Eating this hot pizza in the open environment of the roadside is different. As soon as I took a bite, I realized that the taste was as great as the smell. The pizza bread was soft and the mixture of sauce and cheese inside was like sticking to my mouth. All in all, the experience of eating pizza from this roadside shop was amazing. If I ever have the time, I will come back and try something else from here.
