As the afternoon winds down and the evening approaches, a different sense of life is seen when a crowd of tired passersby gathers on the busy streets of the city. It is as if a fair of life is held in some corner of the sidewalks that run through the heart of this dusty city. And when everyone's thirsty eyes fall on a sherbet shop at that fair, my mind automatically fills with peace. That afternoon, when I saw a shop in a hurry, I felt like I had found an oasis.

There were glass jars arranged in rows and the magical touch of all the spices in them. In that shop, which is loved by everyone, young and old, one is the sour and sweet aroma of tamarind and the other is the cool tranquility of betel sherbet. The fresh aloe vera leaves and boxes of isabgul husk kept nearby indicate a healthy arrangement. The shopkeeper, with a sweet smile on his face and a lot of busyness, is pouring the colorful fragrance into one glass after another.

Seeing the mountain of ripe lemons arranged in front of it, my tongue couldn't help but water. At the same time, the presence of a creeping root or some other medicinal root enhances the taste and quality of the sherbet many times over.
When I took a glass of sherbet in my hand and took a sip, it felt as if all the fatigue of the world had evaporated in an instant. This roadside sherbet is not just a drink but a piece of heaven for a moment. The crowd of people and the sound of vehicles gathered around are no longer audible.

A strange wave of satisfaction flows through my mind. It is cheap in price and incomparable in taste. On such an afternoon, the taste of this sherbet on the sidewalk of the city street is an extraordinary feeling that makes me enjoy life anew. Maybe there is no need for a big restaurant in life if I can taste such a cool nectar on the side of the road. My thirst-quenching experience today reminded me again that happiness is actually hidden in very simple things.
