Today was a very busy day. After finishing my office work, I had to stop at the evening market on my way home. As soon as I stepped into the market, the wonderful aroma of fried food hit my nose. Unable to control my greed, I went straight to a familiar roadside food shop. When I went there, I saw that all the mouth-watering dishes were arranged neatly in the glass showcase of the shop.

The shopkeeper was just taking the hot puris from the pan and putting them in the showcase. Crispy onions and potato chips were kept next to them. The food looked even more tempting in the bright light of the shop. I didn't hesitate for a moment. First, I took a hot puri roll. The puri was filled with a mixture of potatoes and spices inside, and a light bread crust on the outside. I mixed some raw salad and sauce with the roll and got an extraordinary taste as soon as I took the first bite.
After finishing the puri roll, my eyes fell on the onion. The sound of the crispy fried onions told how delicious it would be. The onions, made from a mixture of onions, lentils and spices, were fried until they were reddish. As soon as the hot onions were put in the mouth, smoke came out from inside, and with it the wonderful aroma of spices.

It was a pleasure to eat such hot fried food standing in the hustle and bustle of the market. It was accompanied by jhalmuri and churmur spices kept on the side. All in all, today's evening was great. If you ever go to the evening market, then definitely don't forget to eat such hot puri rolls and onions. It is like a magical way to remove the fatigue of the evening.
