Hello, friends, drink-lovers, and community greetings. I've been reading some posts about herbal tea in our community, and it's fascinating how different teas offer various health benefits. Today, I want to introduce you to an amazing Ayurvedic tea for detoxification. It has the ability to assist the body to break down Ama (toxins) in the Gastrointestinal tract and eliminate it. CCF is a gentle detoxifier. It helps in weight loss as it boosts the metabolism and burns fat in the body.
We consider spring and autumn to be good seasons for detoxing the body. Light food or fasting, gentle exercise, meditation, yoga, and keeping the body warm. along with drinking 3 cups of CCF tea/day.
Drinking this tea during this time helps balance physical and mental status. I am glad to share this recipe with the community today.
Fennel seeds
Using mortar and pestle crush all seeds to get aromatic.
Here are the crushed seeds .coriander, cumin, and fennel.
Boil 1 litter water in the pan.
Add 3 ts/1 tbsp crushed ccf seeds to the water. and cook it.
When boiling point occurs reduce the heat and slow down cooking process.
Cookk it until get 3/4 portion. water would reduce from 1 litter to 3/4 litter.
Strain it using a strainer.
Here is the tea ready consuming 3 cups /day is recommended.
