The porridge with strawberries and mango no sugar added.

Greetings friends, drink lovers, and community, today sharing this porridge with you, which boosts your energy and is a delicious lunch.

Ingredients:
1/2 mango
15-16 strawberries
1 cup soaked sabudana/tapioca grains
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp cashew
1 tbsp tapioca flour
2-3 tbsp agave syrup.
2 coadamom
1 tbsp pistachio

In the soaked sabudana, add salt and mix it well.

Boil water in a pan according to your desired porridge thickness. Add sabudana to the boiling water, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

In the mixer, grind cashews using 1/4 cup of water.

Add cardamoms into to cashew during the grind. We need a little grainy cashew milk. (Better grind cashews dry with water)

Add cashew milk in the cooked sabudana.

Take 1 tbsp tapioca flour in the cup

Rinse the mixer with 1 tbsp water and add it to the flour.
make a nice slurry.

Add to the cooked sabudana, stir it well, and cook it until the porridge gets thicker.

Cut the mango, chop the strawberries, and chop the pistachios

Add 3 tbsp agave syrup to the porridge and mix it well.

Separate 1/2 cup of porridge and add 2 tbsp crushed strawberries
Mix it well

To look nice, I used champagne glasses, you can use any.
First, poured white porridge into the glass.

Then some chopped strawberries.
Then mango bites
