Hello, friends and community! I am very glad to share this drink with you. the drink is very simple to make but how you present it and serve it make it special.
We were working in the garden on a hot day at around 11 am. After working with our calendula bed, we became hungry and thirsty. My husband asked for something to drink. I went to the kitchen and found a mango that I had bought a few days before but hadn't had the time to use. I had some mango puree in the fridge. I already had some coconut milk and a banana, which are always in the fruit basket. I wanted to surprise my husband, so I made this drink for our lunch.
to make 2 glass of this drink
200 ml mango puree
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 mango
2 bananas
First 1 poured 1/2 cup of coconut milk into a mixer jar.
Added mango puree and blended it.
It was not enough I used more coconut milk and mango puree and blended them
Now total I used 200 ml mango puree and 200 ml coconut milk.
Sliced bananas
peel and cut a mango into small pieces.
Poured the mixture of mango coconut milk into the glasses.
On top of that made a layer of banana slices.
Poured the plain mango puree on the top of bananas.
Again layer of mango puree.
Coconut milk mango puree mixture. and 1/2 tsp of plain coconut milk.
Tried to make disign.
But when I put mongo pieces the design disappeared.
I tried one more layer of mango puree, then coconut mango mixture.
Seems like it worked.
And we enjoyed it garnished with a few red currants last ones from our garden.
