there was a day I went out with a female friend of mine and she really was so careful about the dress she wore, saying this and that about how she feels, I simply told her, that doesn't matter, she's okay the way she looked, however I told her to stop been so mindful of what she thinks people would say about her dress, the most important thing is how she feels, her composure how she appreciates herself this will reflect on how she walks talks and feel more confident about her self.
sadly this is the reality we live in especially around the women folks, it's just natural that a woman feels appreciate of her beauty especially when she hears it from her lover and admirers, this is supposedly the reason why women spend time with make up, hair do, matching outfit and so forth.
a lot of people also went into plastic surgeries just to gain that visibility and impression of how beautiful they are,
personally I love to look good, dress fine, yeah I love the complement but most importantly how I feel about myself before stepping out, to me that boost my self confidence and how I feel, when I'm with others, how I express myself in general
there's something we're missing out and that is our selve image, how we see ourselves, how we perceive our selves our self worth this goes a long way to build our confidence and composure.
first of, if we admire ourselves in the light of how we were created as the Bible said we're fearfully and wonderful made, with everything we need to be whole and complete so there for we should not only feel beautiful and appreciated when others say so but when ever we look at ourselves in the mirror we should appreciate this amazing work of art from a God who created all this perfectly and beautifully.
so? when next you're about stepping out look yourself in the mirror and smile, tell yourself I'm so beautiful and perfect everything is in place and complet..
