just this evening I was discussing with my friends about my plans to start my own business cause the routine of 9-5 jobs can be overwhelming, tho I've been making serious arrangements to that effect but feel stuck cause of finances, exactly what my friend replied me: no matter what, you will need money to fund your own business ideas, this is a fact.
I know for certainty that alot of people basically are doing the normal routine just to survive, to afford daily meals and upkeep not because they want to or really love their jobs but because they lack options or do not have ideas as to what do or where to start.
when it comes to entrepreneurship funding is a very big bottle neck, especially in an economy like ours, where survival is barely minimal, very few persons like some elites in our country are willing to give out grants to young entrepreneurs cause they believe that if the youth are empowered the economy will thrive, still yet many factors both internal and external can rise against an entrepreneur.
a friend of mine recently started his own business, it wasn't upto a month, it was closed down, according him some taskforce people came and scattered his place and took away his equipment, now his out of business lost a lot of money as a result of that encounter.
personally I believe that a lot of factors makes for success whether in business or else where, how ever the most important factor among them is DISCIPLINE....
DISCIPLINE is saying I want to do this and staying true to that word till what was said is actualized against all odds, going again and again, this is my one word to every person's not only in business, to truly gain mastery and succeed in any aspect of life, first and foremost master the art of self discipline.
To be disciplined in business is called integrity that is staying true to your word, meaning what you say and doing what you mean, for the fact that you plan, forcast analyze does not take away the place of FAILURE.
failure is saying, this is not the best yet, go back and try again, by doing that you're checking better ways of doing it to get better results of course its foolishness to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result...
the wisdom in doing better comes in continuous doing, no matter how you plan, failures are inevitable, staying consistent is find better alternatives to achieving better results it's how you gain mastery and achieve outstanding success in every field of endeavor.....
