Hi All, its been a while ! I took a break for nearly two years, and I came back with a bang. Just not the type I was hoping for.

I logged back in 3 days ago, and then almost immediately fell for a scam - all stupidity on my part, and I fully accept that and the resulting loss.

Yep - even now I cant believe I fell for that !!!!!

Anyway, one good turn deserves another so I checked out who has been taking the crypto and thought I'd give them a nice big mention in this post !!!

1 - Hive Wallet

Whoever hacked the account firstly redirected funds from my hive wallet to @hellene8:

@hellene8 then transferred that HIVE to @bunker.hive:

@bunker.hive then sent it onto @mencho:

Take note of the other deposit from @stefany0720 and the corresponding transfer to @gateiodeposit - we'll come back to those !

Then @mencho passes it onto @daimusic95:

@daimusic95 then splits it up. Some go to @gateiodeposit and some to @claudiabook:

The @claudiabook deposit then goes to @bemybaby:

@bemybaby takes the funds, plus some nice big numbers from a few others I see, and passes a lot of it to @gateiodeposit:

@gateiodeposit then starts transferring to a number of accounts starting @uid. As can be seen there are some very big numbers in the transfers there and some of them are only happening in the last hour or so !!!

But the interesting part is the size of the @gateiodeposit account:

A cool 1.6M HIVE - nice work if you can get it !!!!!

It gets a bit confusing from there following @uid61460387 and I'm starting to loose both interest and the trail !!!

2 Misc Coins

They also did a decent job with my other crypto and started emptying that too !!!

Looking on Hive-engine, here you can see @stefany0720 (remember that name from above !) on the receiving end of more HIVE:

That amount of HIVE appears to have been raised by selling whatever I had that wasnt staked - starbits, etc - all kinds of things:

3 - But............

I finally realised what was going on, after a day ! I then checked how to recover my account from a hack and luckily my recovery route was through Ecency. I have to say they were awesome - and they acted so fast, and had things back in my hands within minutes. I also had some good advice from great Hivers on Discord. So as ever the Hive community came to the rescue.

Now the odd thing is, I've just checked my wallet and I seem to be getting some of the stuff back, but without being able to see any transactions as to how - which is confusing the heck out of me. I've still lost stuff, but got my account back before anything got un-staked, so thats all good, but on the whole, it could have been a shed load worse.

Summary

Anyway, the key message here is - dont be as stupid as me !!!!! I've learned a lesson (hopefully - never say never !!!).

And as to my new "friends"; @hellene8, @bunker.hive, @mencho, @stefany0720, @gateiodeposit, @daimusic95, @claudiabook, @bemybaby and @uid61460387 - WTF ! Hopefully you get whats coming to you - you bunch of dodgy bas****s.
