Greetings, dear friends and lovers of vegan food. First of all, I would like to wish a happy birthday to this wonderful community, which is celebrating its fourth anniversary. I am celebrating this milestone threefold, because on August 30, I celebrated my birthday at Hive, which was also my fourth anniversary, and on September 10, I celebrated another year of life. I am happy to be part of this community that warmly welcomed me and made me feel at home. I extend my congratulations to the entire team at @plantpoeronhive. If you want to participate in the New PLANT BASED challenge: A birthday cake! (Fourth anniversary), here is the link.

I couldn't miss celebrating with you, as I've mentioned before, I don't have an oven, so I used the microwave and here I am with my humble little cake dedicated to you.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups self-rising wheat flour
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup soybean oil
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
For decoration:
- Chocolate sprinkles (2 tablespoons)
- 2 strawberries
- A birthday candle with its base
- Number 4 made of foam

Preparation
1.- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl, first the chocolate, then the sugar and wheat flour. Mix together.

2.-. We continue with the baking powder and baking soda. We mix them together.

3.- In another bowl, place the wet ingredients, oat milk, and oil, and mix. At this point, I'm going to pause. I would have liked to use coconut milk, which I love, but I didn't have any on hand. However, I did have some packets of oats. I made this milk myself. Just soak 3 tablespoons of rolled oats in two cups of water for 30 minutes, then blend and strain. There are other ways to make it, but this version is very simple and doesn't require cooking.

4.- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Gradually add the oat milk mixed with the oil to the dry ingredients, stirring constantly. It will be ready when the ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps.

5.- Grease the mold with oil and then sprinkle with flour. I used a glass mold that I can put in the microwave so I can bake it.

6.- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 5 minutes. The time will depend on the power of the microwave. Check using a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it means that your cake is ready.

7.- We decorate the cake with chocolate sprinkles and strawberries. We also add the candle and the number 4.

Happy birthday, dear @plantpoweronhive community! My best wishes always.

I invite @dlizara to participate. I hope you liked it. See you next time.
