Nowadays anxiety is something that's found everywhere like every person you interact with might transfer that anxiety to you or you might give that person anxiety without even knowing
and that's how you lose sleep at night like you're trying to sleep but you can't
And it happens with me quite a lot cause I kinda want to do everything perfectly and that urge of becoming perfectionist gives you anxiety all day long
Doesn't matter if you're at work or in a gathering or somewhere that thought of doing everything well and on time attracts anxiety.
Some of us have made anxiety a part of our life like we consider that as something that's normal and it doesn't bother us anymore
The anxiety when you think about going to work tomorrow and the next day and the next day after that
Anxiety we get when we think about the pending task while doing the current task
When the bills are pending and you've almost zero cash on you and you're thinking what could go wrong next moment and you'll need that money to fix things off but where exactly you'll get that money from? The kind of anxiety that sucks when you don't have answers.
It makes you stay awake at night and even when you try to sleep your mind only thinks about uncertain situation and outcomes.
I remember a couple days ago at work I made a mistake and it'd have cost me a lot of trouble and might've to pay off from the salary
Like it was a mistake and there's no mistakes allowed
So whenever I'm put in a situation like that I feel like having panic attack while trying to figure out how could I fix it without letting anyone find out
And I've realised in those situations when I've peak anxiety I can't manage to work for a second
But that day I somehow managed to save my ass before letting anyone find out.
The dark side of being an introvert is that you kind of hate talking to anyone like you don't want to have any kind of interaction with anyone
Cause it gives you anxiety when you talk to someone you think about what's going on in their mind
What they're thinking about me, how are they judging me and all these questions only makes that conversation quite weird so I'm like better off without talking to anyone
But to fight against social anxiety I've picked this job where I've to communicate and engage with people on regular basis which is helping me deal with it in best possible way.
Wrapping Up...
Well at this point I think anxiety isn't that big of a problem, we need to learn to live with it without adding more spark to fire
Like it's better when you don't care about it, anxiety is a weird feeling we can cope or live with
It does make situations awkward but it's all in our head, right? Life is a lot more than worrying about what will or could happen tomorrow.. we need to sort of find our own coping mechanism to fight against it and guess everyone have their own sort of ways.
So yea I'd love to know what's yours in the comments and your opinions as well in the comments.
