A veces no esfocamos tanto en lo que deseamos, que no encontramos cómo lograrlo y eso nos genera frustración, caemos en la desesperación, tomamos decisiones precipitadas, sin pensar bien.
Hoy continúe con mi búsqueda de una buena laptop, he preguntado en varias tiendas que he visto tanto por Instagram cómo por tik tok, y comparando los precios, tanto los de dónde vivo cómo por fuera, y la verdad, no se cuál ez peor,los precios son una locura, pero no tanto eso, sino las específicaciones, que son laptops reacondicionada y te las quieren vender cómo nuevas.
Esto me hizo recordar un poco al post que leí hace poco del amigo Daniel, dónde habla que la gente lo juzga por ver todo tan caro; pero amigos vivimos en Venezuela, aquí todo es una locura cuando de comparar precios con otros países se trata, cómo es posible que una laptop con estás especificaciones te la quieran vender a un precio cómo este.👇

Today, I continued my search for a decent laptop. I’ve inquired at several stores—places I discovered on Instagram and TikTok—and compared prices, both locally and from elsewhere. Honestly, I don’t know which is worse: the prices, which are absolutely insane, or the specifications—like how they try to pass off refurbished laptops as brand new.
This reminded me of a post I recently read by our friend Daniel, in which he mentions that people judge him for pointing out how expensive everything is. But look, friends—we live in Venezuela! Everything here is crazy when you compare our prices to those in other countries. How is it even possible that they’d try to sell a laptop with these specifications at a price like this?👇

Se me ocurrió preguntar a chagpt para que me guíe y me diga que laptop me conviene para lo que quiero hacer, y bueno hasta ella misma reconoce y me dice que aquí los revendedores se aprovechan de uno, y exageran con los precios, tomando en cuenta cómo dije antes las características de estás laptop.
Primero aún no llego a un monto tan alto para dar una inicial o incluso comprarlo en divisas a estos precios, y segundo, en mi búsqueda aún no he dado con una laptop con las especificaciones que quiero y a un precio accesible para mí.
Sinceramente no sé que hacer, todo es tan complicado, hoy cómo cada día me siento desmotivada, les confieso algo... hoy cuando sali a la calle casi me quedo parada frente a un carro, bueno lo pensé, se me cruzó por la cabeza, son esas ideas momentánea que te pasan por la cabeza, por desesperación,por querer acabar con tu sufrimiento 😔. Pero luego volvi a cruzar y casi me lleva un carro porque no lo vi venir y me asusté jajaja.. No sé porque les cuento esto, escribo estás líneas para mí, deseando que un día cuando las lea de nuevo, esté mejor.
Pero bueno, volviendo al tema de las laptops es difícil conseguir una que se amolde a tus necesidades y sobretodo a un precio justo, he leído que algunos optan pedirlas por fuera del país, disque sale más barato, pero yo no lo creo, porque si consigues una en 150$ por ejemplo, cuánto tienes que pagar por el envío, y lo más importante a ese precio sería una sencilla, no tan óptima; la verdad no he buscado así, porque siento que igual no tiene sentido, ya que no tengo esa cantidad,por eso mi unica opción es comprarla a crédito.
De igual manera cómo mencioné me ha resultado difícil, por los precios de locura, chagpt me recomienda varias tiendas que según puedo conseguir, y ni así porque sigo igual frenada por las especificaciones y el precio inicial que no llego a esos montos aún.
En fin, espero que antes de que termine este año logre hacer algo con mi vida, sino , será otro año más sin lograr nada.🙃

Anyway, back to the topic of laptops: it’s incredibly difficult to find one that fits your needs—especially at a fair price. I’ve heard some people order them from abroad, claiming it’s cheaper, but I’m not so sure. Even if you found one for, say, $150, you’d still have to cover shipping costs—and at that price point, you’d only get a very basic, low-performance machine. I haven’t really explored that route because it doesn’t make sense for me; I simply don’t have that kind of money, which is why my only real option is to buy one on credit.
As I mentioned, it’s been a struggle because the prices are just insane. ChatGPT suggested a few stores, but that hasn’t helped much—I’m still stuck, unable to find something that matches the specs I need, and the initial costs are still way beyond what I can afford. Anyway, I hope that before this year ends I manage to do something with my life; otherwise, it will be yet another year with nothing to show for it.🙃
