In this present time, inflation is a very common word, and many people can understand the meaning of it, but a few years ago, very few people understood the meaning of inflation. It's quite natural because at that time the inflation rate was never so high like the present time, and it was hard to notice.
In the present time, the price of all necessary things has increased a lot, which was hard to imagine a few years ago; at least I didn't imagine it. Almost all the prices of products have increased more than 2X at least in the last few years. It can be easily said that our cash money value lost half of its value within a few years. So it's quite expected that all of us are struggling to cope with the situation. For rich people, it may not be a huge issue as they have lots of money. Moreover, they can generate more income sources easily to make money. When it comes to middle-class families, they are struggling a lot. Their savings are almost about to end. In such a situation, they can hardly save a little money.
I am quite surprised to think about how the poor people are surviving till now. I thought most poor people would die if such a situation happened, but nothing happened like that. They might find a way to cope with the situation.
Right now I am living in a rented apartment, and each month paying rent is a compulsory thing if we need to stay there. Last year the rent was increased, and it increased at least 20%. In the case of the electricity bill, it has increased at least 35%. In the case of transportation fees, it's also the same.
The cost of my daily life is different depending on if I stay at home or not. If I exchange it at home, I don't need to say cash money because I don't go outside, and I don't order food from outside as I prefer homemade food. But if I go to university, I have some costs. I need to spend on transportation, snacks, lunch, and each day those can charge me quite well. But fortunately I stay at home most of the time.
If I change my location, it will be helpful for me to reduce costs. If I come to the village, then I don't need to pay the rent for an apartment. In that case, a good amount of money can be saved. But at the same time, it will increase the transportation cost. Moreover, it will charge me my precious time and make me exhausted. Considering the situation, changing the location may help me to save a little, but it will bring different kinds of losses except the financial loss. Most of the products prices are the same in villages and cities, and so in those cases, changing location is not an effective solution. In my eyes, changing location can bring me more losses compared to the given benefit.
It's the first 1st of April, and everyone knows that it's April Fool's Day, HPUD, as the first day of each month is known as HPUD.
I powered up a little today to participate in HPUD. In fact, I powered up yesterday, also thinking that yesterday was HPUD. So, it's kind of a double power-up for me… whatever, it's good as it is, helping me to grow here.
