Algunas personas son más felices cuando llueve, mientras que el estado de ánimo de otras tiende a cambiar y se vuelven melancólicas (tristes o deprimidas). ¿Cómo te sientes normalmente en los días de lluvia y cuáles son tus cosas favoritas para hacer?
Some people are happier when it rains, while others’ moods tend to change and they become melancholic (sad or depressed). How do you usually feel on rainy days and what are your favorite things to do?
Me gusta mucho la lluvia, de hecho soy un poco diferente a mi familia, pues a la mayoría les asusta la lluvia cuando hace mucho viento, a mi en cambio me emociona ver los árboles mecerse y escuchar el sonido tan poderoso del viento. Por supuesto que entiendo que cuando una tormenta ocurre son afectadas muchas infraestructuras y no estoy romantizando el efecto devastador que puede tener la naturaleza, sin embargo, no puedo evitar sentirme atraída a observar la lluvia fuerte.
I really like rain, in fact I am a little different from my family, as most of them are scared of rain when it is very windy, but I get excited watching the trees sway and hearing the powerful sound of the wind. Of course I understand that when a storm occurs many infrastructures are affected and I am not romanticizing the devastating effect it can have on nature, however, I cannot help but feel drawn to watching heavy rain.
Mi estado de ánimo cuando llueve va a depender de un factor muy importante que es mis planes para el día, si cuando llueve necesitaba lavar la ropa o salir a la calle a hacer un diligencia me voy a sentir muy molesta, no obstante si estoy en casa sin algo urgente que hacer y comienza a llover posiblemente me sienta relajada.
My mood when it rains will depend on a very important factor, which is my plans for the day. If when it rains I needed to wash clothes or go out to run an errand, I will feel very upset. However, if I am at home without anything urgent to do and it starts to rain, I will probably feel relaxed.
Por lo general no tomo siestas, pero he notado que últimamente si llueve en la tarde me quedo dormida al menos una hora, el descenso de temperatura me relajada tanto que no puedo negarme a dormir, se siente muy bien dormir con el clima fresco y después de hacerlo me siento mejor de ánimo 😄
I don’t usually take naps, but I’ve noticed that lately if it rains in the afternoon I fall asleep for at least an hour, the drop in temperature relaxes me so much that I can’t refuse to sleep, it feels great to sleep in the cool weather and after doing so I feel better in spirits 😄
