When I first met Gwendoline in this movie, Army of Thieves, I realized that sometimes you meet people who are not there to take from you but to help you use your skills or resources and change your life forever. In order words, instead of meeting people who probably knew you had a large amount of money stashed somewhere, and they decided to come around, be friends, stick around until they took everything from you. This time, you meet people who know you have the money, but, they will help you grow it, and make the best out of those hidden resources.

But believe me, it will take a lot of shuffling to finally get these genuine ones. This is because social media has made it difficult to differentiate the real from the fake. The media has sold a lot of get-rich-quick filters, so today, a lot of people are running the race to the top faster than their shadows. In the course of feeling among, they miss out on the jolly and because of the joy of being a part of the Joneses, they take the route of stealing things that belong to others.
They will fish for those who probably worked hard and accumulated over the years, then figure out a way to remove the breads from their mouths and replace them with stones. Netflix has done a good job of making sure that my movie recommendations clearly show these attributes in people.
The level of entitlement is high in a way that it seems my President was right when he said the youths in my country are lazy. A lot of Gen Z simply don't want to stick to the process, they are carried away by what they see in the media. So they bypass the process and race to their destruction. They indulge in activities that if they don't learn the rules of the game well enough, they end up wasted on the streets. At this point, they do not just lose, their families and loved ones lose too.
If there's anything someone has to do to put food on the table, gain clothes, and every other luxury that they desire, they should at least learn the rules of the game. Instead of mindlessly going into the center stage hoping that they will get through without working hard enough to learn the rules, they will be disappointed as they head over to their early graves.
Life is deeper than some of us think, and to be able to attain that financial status that the media sells, we need a lot of work and hustle. If Rome was built in a day then we would probably have more riches happening overnight but since a place as magnificent as Rome wasn't built in a day, then, wealth building will definitely take time too.
The reason it takes so much time is that you learn as you go, and with your experience, you'll be able to make better financial decisions. But being vaguely experienced, means, you will end up losing more. You will need a lot of ups and downs, joys and pains, winning and losses to get there.
Mastery! That's the word. Everyone who was involved in the heist in the movie, Army of Thieves, was experienced. They weren't going into the heist with premature experiences. They accomplished smaller wins, and they were moving on to bigger ones. Each individual had become a master in their own rights and they succeeded as a team.
It would probably take me a while to get a hang of everything around money and wealth building but I am grateful for the different privileges that the universe has given me to learn a few. I am willing to learn more because the goal is mastery.
