We're finally able to go out today! It's still gloomy, and there are signs of rain coming. Southwest monsoon is still prevailing in large parts of the country. There are areas still experiencing floods. We actually still has it due to the San Roque Dam releasing waters to the river.
The shots are captured from Capitol grounds. We're looking out for some place to stay but there are no more trees and sheds that can protect us from heat. Yes, the heat can still be felt despite the gloom.
