It was a hot summer day. We were out in the sign language field service and had our lunch in a park with large trees to shelter under. It was good, but not enough to take the heat away. At least it helped. Nearby was the waterfront, where you could get some breeze. It was relaxing.
The freeport zone could be seen from a distance. This place is in Subic Bay, and it's an economic zone. There's a development authority here, and their office is just nearby.
