Today I present to you guys a super Soup made with vegetable leaf and water leaf. This soup is so amazing it is one of my favourite soup. Over here it is the season of water Leaf and vegetable leaf so l said let me use it for my today's recipe.
Most specially recommended for my daddy who was just discharged from the hospital yesterday, This soup was the doctor's recommendation for him according to the doctor it helps in boosting of the blood .

INGREDIENTS

Some pieces of vegetables leaf
Some pieces of water leaf
One bulb of onion
Eight pieces of fresh pepper
One cup of red oil
One teaspoon of Salt for taste
Water

PROCEDURE

Here is the process I used in preparing the soup

I first bring all my ingredients together

Then wash my water leaf and cut into pieces then put into a sieve for it to be removing water set aside

Then wash my vegetable leaf cut into pieces and set aside

Wash my bulb of onion and cut into pieces and set aside

After that I wash my fresh pepper put in my hand blender and blend then set aside

After all that I set my pot on my gas cooker to dry water after it has dry I pour in my red oil

After that I add my pepper and mix

Then add my chopped of onions and mix also

After a while I add my water leaf and mix well

Now my water leaf is still boiling I add salt and mix

After some minutes I add my vegetable leaf and mix everything together

May looking at the face of this soup you will know that it will be delicious and yummy

My soup is served my daddy was so happy when he was eating the meal
