

A warm greetings to everyone here. I hope you all are doing well!!! Today I present to you guys a wonderful dish prepared mostly in my country Nigeria southeast these recipe is usually used in an occasion or to serve visitor's.People also use it to earn their lives. This recipe is so special to us here because all most everybody loves to eat it.
I prepared it for people who are working in my farm land as labourers today so I decide to prepare the recipe for them and they were all happy, and smiling.
INGREDIENTS USED
Three handful of cassava Flacks (Abacha)
Salt for taste
Four tablespoons of NGO
Four pieces of fresh pepper
Half cup of red oil
Some pieces of utazi leaf
One bulb of onion
Water

PROCEDURE
Here I will take my time and show how I made this recipe
I first boil water that I will use in soaking it

When the water has boil I add my cassava Flacks in a bowl and add my warm water for it to soak


After soaking it I sieve it out for it to remove water

Then I start to prepare for my ingredients

I first wash my utazi leaf cut into pieces and set aside


Wash my bulb of onion and pepper then cut them into pieces and set aside


Then bring my pot and pour oil into it also add my NGO and mix




After mixing it I put in my cassava Flacks and mix


Then add my cut pepper and onion at the same time and mix also



Then add my salt for taste and mix


After I add my utazi leaf 🌿 mix all of them together



Here is the result of my cassava Flacks salad
