
Greetings to you guys!!! Lovers of drink I welcome you guys once again to my blog. Hope you guys are doing well ๐
Today a friend of my who is pregnant came to visit me. So we are just gisting and lunging at a point she told me that she is feeling so weak and tried. Ha I said to myself what type of a thing is this so I quickly rush to my fridge and bring some of my fruits to make a drink for her to get strength.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 of papaya
One seed of orange
Half of apple
One ginger
One small size of beetroot
One satchet of water

PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this fruits into a drink

I first washed all my fruits with a clean water and then cut them into pieces and set them aside


And then bring my blender and pour all of them together into it and add my water so that it will be easy to blend

After that I have blend them I bring my filter to use and filter it

Here is my juices so I serve it for her to drink and regain strength

My reason why I added my fruits beetroot is because of blood as a pregnant woman she needs things that will be given her blood natural blood and also the ginger is for a nice taste ๐
