A warm greetings to this wonderful community I must said that am happy to be with you guys here once again. How are you guys doing hope all is well with you all.
I want to my friends house today and come across this wonderful leaf will call it herbal blood tonic. My mom use to cook it for us when we are small and young back then. When ever she brings it home we will all be happy because it is so nice in the body and helps to develop blood in the system.

Some pieces of herbal blood tonic
One tin of milk
Water

Now guys is time to show you guys how I
prepare this wonderful drink without wasting some of your time.
First I select my herbal blood tonic leaf into a bowl and put it water to wash
Then after washing it I put it inside my pot and set it on fire to cook for like 30 minutes to cook well
Now is time to check it ok guys you can see for yourself how reddish when ever you see the reddish colour like this you know that your herbal blood tonic leaf is well cooked
Then I bring my filter and put it on a plate to filter it
Here is my herbal blood tonic in a plate I will leave it here to cool for like 10 minutes
Then after that I put it inside my glass of cup to add my milk into it so that all will mix together
Now I have mix it up together is time to drink my herbal blood tonic
