


A warm greetings to this great community. Am so happy to be here hope everyone is doing well. I greet you guys once again.
Today I made a recipe for my family to eat for dinner. My family members likes to eat this recipe because it is good to the body and it gives iron also and help in development of the kids health.
##ingredients USED BELOW##
4 piece of Unripe plantain
1/2 of red oil
Salt for taste
One bulb of onion
A teaspoon of dry black pepper
Water
Vegetable leaf

##proceduer##
Ok guys in this procedure I will like to show you how I made this food little by little
First of all I put my plantain in a bowl of water to wash

After I have washed it I peel it and set aside

After that I cut it into pieces in a bowl and set aside

I wash my pot to be clean then I add some water into it

Into that clean pot I add my cutting plantain into it and set it on a fire

Then when my plantain is on fire. I put my vegetable leaf into a clean water to wash

After washing it I slice it into pieces into a plate and set aside

Then cut my my bulb onion into pieces also and set aside

Now in my pot of plantain is still on the fire I put my oil

Then i add my chopped onions into it also


I also add my dry black pepper into it also

And after adding that I also add my salt into it

Then after adding all those ingredients I mix all of them together

After that I leave it on fire for some minutes for the oil to mix

Then after all of them has mixed I put my vegetable leaf into it aslo

After that I mix them together and cover my pot for some minutes so that my vegetable leaf will cook for awhile

Now you can see the face of it so yummy and sweet can't wait to taste it

Now is time to dish my food for my family to eat because the are waiting for me already
