Hi pals... it's a beautiful weekend and I hope you guys are having fun filled day out already... giving that the weather is quite friendly and looking more like an adventure itself 😊 😁.

But then please don't steal the vibes yet, don't go out for now because I've a gist for you all.
Yeah it happens that I gave my friend a wrong account number 😭💔
Over the weekend, while my friend and I were talking about how sometimes you can be good to people, help them, show up for them, and still wonder why the same goodness never seems to come back to you.
I told her, not everyone you help is your destiny helper. Some people are people God has positioned you to help. Funny enough, I didn’t know I was about to experience something that would remind me of that conversation.
On Monday, a friend was sending me ₦17,500 and asked for my account number. I was rushing to work, so I sent it without checking properly. She sent the receipt, but I couldn’t see the money in my account.
I kept refreshing my bank app until I went back to our WhatsApp chat and realised I had sent her the WRONG OPay account number. The difference was just one digit!
I called the number connected to the account, but it kept forwarding. I sent a WhatsApp message, but it wasn’t delivering. At that point, I had already written the money off. I honestly thought, “This one is gone.” Because let’s be honest, in this kind of world, some people will receive money that isn’t theirs and suddenly become unreachable.

But eventually, the message delivered. The person saw it and returned ₦16,000. She didn’t have to, but she chose to do the right thing. And honestly, it reminded me that our goodness isn’t always rewarded by the people we expect. Sometimes, God simply uses us to bless people, and He can use someone completely unexpected to remind us that good people still exist.
So don’t stop being good because someone didn’t return your kindness. God sees you. ❤️
Now tell me, has this ever happened to you? Have you ever sent money to a wrong account, or had someone accidentally send you money that wasn’t yours and you returned it?
I want to hear your own story. Drop it in the comments. Let’s prove that genuine people still exist! ❤️
You're reading from your handsome friend John Petra.
Peace 🕊️ and love 💕
