Now before I go too deep into this post, I know what some people may say....
AI is the future. Content creation is dead.
Ya ya, I know. We're all doomed here and the bots will run the world.
But until that happens, I wake up every day excited to create new content on the blockchain. And without 'bragging' too much, nothing and I mean not a single piece of my content was ever AI created. A few reasons, one I believe people still matter and genuine human content is needed. And second....I don't know how to use AI because...I never have.
Old and stubborn and I love it :)
Not saying I won't in the future because SkyNet will eventually be a non-option lol But for now, it's good ol' fashioned human content from this guy.
And even though I wake up and am excited to write about my passions here on chain, there are times....I'm drawing blanks.
I guess because I'm still HUMAN, I get the occasional writer's block. And not so much that I don't know what to write about...I just get tired. Thankfully.....Hive exists and has a bunch of apps that make this 'block' disappear in a hurry.
Let me explain....
Long Form Still Matters
My go to front ends for content creation have been InLEO and Ecency these days. When I'm fired up, and ready to write, these are my happy places. I enjoy writing and the DNA of this blockchain has been long form content. It's our history and maybe people aren't engaging as much with this long form content anymore, but I still love to have my thoughts on chain...Forever.
3Speak Is Awesome
But sometimes, I don't feel like writing....There are days (such as last night) where I have a lot to 'say' and little time or energy to write. This is where @threespeak comes in. And if you want to see massive improvement in this apps functions and usability, take a good look again at this popular and legendary app on this blockchain. Such a flawless experience recently and the perfect change of pace for those that want their video content on chain...Forever.
And Now There's Snapie
This afternoon, I was driving home from work and decided to record a quick little video. It took 25 seconds to record and about 15 seconds to upload and post to @snapie Guys, this app is SO important to this blockchain and user experience. And it's perfect for those days that you may not want to create videos or write long form pieces of content. Just grab your phone, and record a video, or an audio, take a pic or....Play Wordle :)
And this is just the tip of the ice berg here. There are so many apps in this ecosystem that make HUMAN content creation a joy and pleasure. So while SkyNet is coming, and that's inevitable, I'm going to be poking around on chain and using the apps that reward actual human creations and human engagement.
