I am sure you have seen it several times, and potentially have participated in some giveaways that are using gleam.io. (I know I have!)

A few days ago we were discussing with a friend who was asking for ways that a crypto project could be promoted.

I can think of a few

  • Writing about it in a crypto-themed website (such as hive)
  • Creating a writing contest
  • Offering airdrops to its users who perform specific things i.e. sharing a post in social media
  • Posting a press release or news in a crypto news website
  • Asking an influencer to talk about the project in social media
  • Creating giveaways for its users! This can help both expand the user base and make them happy :)

Of course before all those things, it is important that the project is legit and therefore a decent (at least) web presence is necessary.

A nice and informative website, social media channels, whitepaper etc.

Until I figure more things out about it, I will be using gleam.io today - and since I discovered it offers a free plan, lets go explore!!

Sneak Peak

If you go to gleam pricing, you will see that a regular package starts from $49 a month, which is subscription (meaning you can cancel it whenever you want)

No free plan appears here.

When I scrolled to the FAQs (always do that), I saw that there is a free plan available!

So I decided to sign up and to guide you through this process

You will need your name, email and a website

I will try to set up a competition where someone should follow me on x in order to participate

There are many different things to consider, and of course there are limited options with the free plan (You can see below)

This is my competition!

This is the end of part 1.
I will see now if it chooses automatically the winner out of the entries, I have not figured out that part yet

The competition is running until the 28th of February, so be ready to read Part 2 in the 1st of March.

Thank you for dropping by, I will be happy to read more comments and ideas from you on how to promote a crypto project!
