Drinking jaggery syrup in the summer season is quite popular among many people. To keep cool during the hot summer days, some people rely on foreign cold drinks while others prefer traditional ones. They drink sugarcane juice, mango panna, and buttermilk lassi. Did you know that jaggery syrup is also quite popular in summer? If you haven't tasted jaggery syrup yet, we are going to share its recipe with you. Jaggery syrup can be a great energy drink during the summer days.

Ingredients✅

  1. Jaggery - 1 piece
  2. Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  3. Lemon - 1
  4. Roasted cumin and black pepper powder
  5. Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Water - 1 glass
  7. Some ice cubes

I am making this juice for 2 people, and it will take me 5 minutes to prepare.

I have fresh mint leaves from my garden, which are very fresh and fragrant.

  1. Break the jaggery into pieces.
