Marriage has become not so much of a big deal anymore, I feel this is something that will go worse as time goes on. People no longer see the need to get married, especially with the high rate of divorce and the multiple ways to birth children. Marriage is meant for companionship, but today, a lot of people will rather find companionship in a dog than a human being. You know as they say, Dogs are man's best friend. No offence to the animals, but I would rather my companion be a human instead so yes of course I need a female human companion. And with that being said, I’ve always envisioned what I want my wife to look like and truth be told I look at my partner and she has some of those qualities.

But then when it comes to standards, I’ve made it a point to note that when I get to a certain age and status and I’m still unmarried, I would just stay unmarried and find ways to have a child of my own. I do not have too many standards when it comes to the issue of marriage, I just want someone I can build a life with. Although this wasn’t the case for me growing up, at first I wanted to marry a white lady, then I moved to a fair lady (I still prefer them fair though not mandatory) Until I gave up all my beliefs and just wanted a good woman.
But then I asked myself who is a good woman. A lot of people try to be good, but only a few are really that good. I got to find out that it’s in dating a girl you get to understand how she thinks and handles tough situations. A good woman for me is the woman who is ready to grow with me. She doesn’t need to be perfect, as long as she is ready to always unlearn and relearn. I choose this specific trait because I want a family that would not be born out of trauma or negative events, but a family that will learn to love even in hard times.
