Later in life I would love to go into real estate, but I want to be more financially stable before I do so I would not solely depend on it by the time I start investing. This is because I do not have the luxury to invest in a lot of things at the moment and I am slowly building my finances to the point where it can conveniently foot my bills and have my money work for me which is something real estate can do. But first like I stated, I would like to build my finances to the point where it can conveniently foot my bills. I love the idea of real estate and I also have friends in it, which is why before I make any decision, I would first confirm from real estate experts to get varieties of ideas and know what works for me best.

If I have the money to buy a house and I get the option to choose between an old house or a small nice one, I would first have the old house inspected by architects and engineers to know exactly the condition of that house so I don’t end up buying a house with weak foundations. After that I will make inquiries from real estate consultants to know just how much I can make the best of the situation of the house, If it’s something that would fetch me a really good amount in the later future, I don’t mind treating it as an investment rather than just a property, but if it’s just around average maybe because of the location then I will consider some other options.
For me No matter what my reasons will be, one thing I know will be certain is that I would want to get my money’s worth while making the best decision, So I will also consider the amount I will be spending on repairs, if there is no much difference, I will go for the big one. I have a thing for spaces, this is why when considering my house options, one of my major considerations will be space, and to be honest, I can be biased about it. I love to jump and play around, having a family, I need a place we can grow with so yeah I will go for the big house under these conditions. I also know if I go for the small one, I will be looking for another house in a couple of years.
