If there is one thing I am certain about, it is that people can be really weird and for this reason a lot of weird laws just come up because people find certain things offensive. When we talk about offense though, it goes both ways. There are times people do things and others pick offenses even after realising that it wasn’t intentional and meant no harm. But then again, people just choose to be mean and make others suffer for crossing them at all and this is what I find weird. Why pick offence knowing that your face came up in someone else's photo or video and seeing that it wasn’t an intentional act. There are photos and videos you will see and know that you weren’t targeted, it wasn’t personal and you should just move on with your life except you are one of those people whose face should not appear on camera for security reasons. If that be the case, then you should be very aware of your environment, and if there is a slip, and you find out your picture was taken unknowingly, you should be able to afford paying them off to delete your picture, and if your are not contented with that, just buy them a new phone or camera.

But then again there are another set of weird people. These are people who take unaware videos and pictures of people intentionally. Usually for content purposes. Sometimes these people do it because they find it funny and want to find ways to create memes out of real people and other times, they are just being wicked. Either way, this should be illegal because it encroaches on a person's privacy. This is the major reason I do not like prankstars who use pranks to do content. I should have the right to either accept or refuse a public interview or show not someone doing it and putting my face on it, either with how I speak, or how I look or dress or anything they find funny and amusing. Personally I would sue anyone who attempts such actions with me simply because they did it without my consent. Even if it brings me fame and fortune, they have no right to do so and thus do not deserve to be tolerated. A lot of people really need orientation about what they post online and entering into people’s space without permission because it can get them in trouble if they are not careful.

These two scenarios I have used above, one with those who find everything offensive, even with people that did not mean to offend, and the second one with those who do it intentionally. Both are weird sets of humans that need re-orientation. One needs to learn that they should not bully people just because they can, and the other needs to learn not to take advantage of people for whatever benefit or amusement it will bring. Why purnish someone for just taking a picture or doing a video because you happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, or why take advantage of someone's vulnerability because you think they will never know about it. If I happen to one day find my picture going viral with me being the center of attention when it was taken without my approval, whoever did that would definitely be paying for damages regardless.
