I met a friend, my coursemate who have been a mom since school days. She's far older than me but to her, friendship doesn't count age. We talk we, we laughed shared our experience both in life and as a mother and that is when she said, "let me welcome you properly to the motherhood, how is the journey so far" the she said What part of motherhood do you enjoy the most? Seriously I wasn't prepared for that question and it has gotten me thinking about this question recently, and honestly, I don't think I have one big answer.
For me, I think it is the little things, like when my child suddenly comes running to me for a hug. The random kisses. The silly things they say that make me laugh even when I'm tired. Sometimes it's just sitting together and talking about something that probably wouldn't make sense to anyone else.

Those are the moments I really enjoy. I also love watching my child grow. It is actually crazy how quickly it happens. You look at them one day and suddenly realize, wait... when did you get this big?
Every new word, new skill, new interest, or little achievement feels special. Even the things that might seem small to someone else can feel like a big deal when you are a mum. And I think one of the things I appreciate most is knowing that my kids feels safe with me.
Knowing they can come to me when they are happy, upset, scared, excited, or just need a cuddle means a lot to me. There are days when motherhood feels like a lot, but moments like that remind me that I'm doing something that really matters.
I've also started appreciating the ordinary things more. The messy breakfasts. Bedtime stories. School runs. Playing together. The questions that come one after another when you are already exhausted. At the time, some of these moments can feel tiring or even frustrating. But I know that one day, I'll probably look back and miss them.
Motherhood isn't perfect, of course. There are stressful days, endless things to do, and moments when I just want five minutes of peace and quiet. Sometimes I don't feel like I know what I'm doing at all.
But then my child will give me a hug, say something funny, or simply call out “Mummy,” and somehow my heart feels full again. I think that is what I enjoy most about being a mum.
Not the big, picture-perfect moments, It's the everyday ones. A tiny hand holding mine. A sleepy smile. A funny question. A cuddle before bed. Hearing “Mummy” from the other room.
Those simple moments that don't seem like much at the time, but somehow become the memories you never forget.
Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day
