73 Rebellion Packs Bought and Opened! Profit/Loss Calculation and My Third GFL Surprise
On January 23, 2024 the new Splinterlands Airdrop System, the Rebellion Conflicts will begin, which will have a very different mechanism from previous airdrops.

In the new airdrop system having leveled cards will be more advantageous than having many low-level cards because each card will have to fit into 1 Mage Wagon which can hold a maximum of 5 cards and 1 Mage Wagon will cost = 50 VOUCHER.
To prepare for the new airdrop system today I combined all the BCXs of the cards for which I have short to medium term upgrade goals so as to reduce the number of Mage Wagons to be used during airdrop.
Today, January 20, 2024, I also bought a total of 73 Rebellion packs so as to speed up the ugrade of Rebellion cards in my collection.
Buying Rebellion packs is part of my Rebellion set purchase and upgrade strategy that I have shared several times in my previous posts.
In this post I share the financial evaluation of opening the 73 Rebellion packs that I bought and opened today.
An important element I always consider before buying Rebellion packs is the difference between Estimated Value and Purchase Price and today this difference was very positive:
Estimated Value - Purchase Price on Hive Engine = $4.16 - $3.69 = +$0.47

Based on today's estimated value of 1 Rebellion pack buying and opening 73 packs should produce a total estimated value of the cards in the packs = 303.68$
Important note: An estimated value is never a certain value because the real value could be close to the estimated value only on very large numbers and then only on the purchase of at least 500+ or 1000+ packs.
On a number of 73 packs purchased, luck plays an important role.
To purchase 73 Rebellion packs on Hive Engine I spent a total of 840 SWAP.HIVE = $268.86.
Thanks to the Analyze Pack section of https://peakmonsters.com/ calculating the market value of the cards found in the packs is very easy because you only need to enter the amount of packs to be analyzed.
In 73 Rebellion packs I found 365 cards that have a total market value = $494.32 based on calculations from the Analyze Packs section of Peakmonsters.
If I do the difference between the total market value of the cards I found in the packs and the total cost I incurred I get a profit = +$225.46.
Today I was very lucky because based on the estimated value of the Rebellion packs I should have gotten an estimated profit = +34.82$ and instead I got a profit = +225.46$
Much of my profit is due to a nice surprise I found in the 73 Rebellion packs I opened today: I found my third GFL card: NALARA GEINEK
I have Nalara Geinek Regular Foil level 3 in my collection**.
In my game battles I will always use Nalara Geinek level 3 and for this reason I have to decide:
- Whether to sell Nalara Geinek right away to buy more Rebellion packs.
- not to sell and keep Nalara Geinek because she has a CP=12.5K which produces 90 Airdrop Chance.
Nalara Geinek Gold Foil has a market value = $163.69.
My strategy of buying Rebellion packs and selling Rebellion cards is having good results and I will continue with this strategy.
To date I have purchased and opened 529 Rebellion packs.
To date I have:

maintained 328 cards = 1207 BCX

sold 1297 BCX

have 141 BCX for sale
Thanks to the cards I found today, I was able to upgrade a card I really like:

Barashkukor: level 2 -> level 3
Level 3 Barashkukor, with the addition of the Magic Reflect ability, becomes a very useful card in high mana battles with the Wands Out ruleset.
I continue to set growth goals on Splinterlands, hope that bots will be eliminated completely from Splinterlands, continue to increase the battle strength of my usable card collection in Modern Format where there are no bots, and look forward with much excitement to the fully playable versions of Genesis League Soccer and Soulkeep that will expand the Splinterlands ecosystem

73 pacchetti Rebellion acquistati e aperti! Calcolo del profitto/perdita e la mia attività di vendita e acquisto

Nel nuovo airdrop system avere carte livellate sarà più vantaggioso rispetto ad avere tante carte di basso livello perchè ogni carta dovrà essere inserita in 1 Mage Wagon che può contenere al massimo 5 carte e 1 Mage Wagon avrà un costo = 50 VOUCHER.
Per prepararmi al nuovo airdrop system oggi ho combinato tutti i BCX delle carte per cui ho obiettivi di upgrade di breve-medio termine in modo da ridurre il numero di Mage Wagons da utilizzare durante l'airdrop.
Oggi 20 gennaio 2024 ho anche comprato un totale di 73 Rebellion packs in modo da velocizzare l'ugrade delle carte Rebellion nella mia collezione.
Comprare pacchi Rebellion fa parte della mia strategia di acquisto e upgrade del set Rebellion che ho più volte condiviso nei miei precedenti post.
In questo post condivido la valutazione finanziaria dell'apertura dei 73 Rebellion packs che ho comprato e aperto oggi.
Un elemento importante che considero sempre prima di acquistare i pacchi Rebellion è la differenza tra Valore stimato e Prezzo di acquisto e oggi questa differenza era molto positiva:

In base al valore odierno stimato di 1 pacco Rebellion acquistare e aprire 73 pacchi dovrebbe produrre un valore stimato totale delle carte nei pacchi = 303.68$
Nota importante: Un valore stimato non è mai un valore certo perchè il valore reale potrebbe essere vicino al valore stimato solo su numeri molto grandi e quindi solo sull'acquisto di almeno 500+ o 1000+ pacchi.
Su un numero di 73 pacchi acquistati la fortuna gioca un ruolo imporante.
Per acquistare 73 pacchi Rebellion su Hive Engine ho speso in totale 840 SWAP.HIVE = 268.86$
Grazie alla sezione Analyze Pack di https://peakmonsters.com/ calcolare il valore di mercato delle carte trovate nei pacchi è molto semplice perchè è sufficiente inserire il quantitativo di pacchi da analizzare.
In 73 pacchi Rebellion ho trovato 365 carte che hanno un valore totale di mercato = 494.32$ in base ai calcoli della sezione Analyze Packs di Peakmonsters.
Se faccio la differenza tra il valore totale di mercato delle carte che ho trovato nei pacchi e il costo totale che ho sostenuto ottengo un profitto = +225.46$.
Oggi sono stato molto fortunato perchè in base al valore stimato dei pacchi Rebellion avrei dovuto ottenere un profitto stimato = +34.82$ e invece ho ottenuto un profitto = +225.46$
Gran parte del mio profitto è dovuto ad una bella sorpresa che ho trovato nei 73 pacchi Rebellion che ho aperto oggi: ho trovato la mia terza GFL card: NALARA GEINEK
Nella mia collezione ho Nalara Geinek Regular Foil di livello 3
Nelle mie battaglie di gioco userò sempre Nalara Geinek di livello 3 e per questo motivo devo decidere:
- se vendere subito Nalara Geinek per acquistare altri pacchi Rebellion
- non vendere e tenere Nalara Geinek perchè ha un CP=12.5K che produce 90 Airdrop Chance.
Nalara Geinek Gold Foil ha un valore di mercato = 163.69$
La mia strategia di acquisto dei pacchi Rebellion e di vendita delle carte Rebellion sta avendo dei buoni risultati e continuerò a seguire questa strategia.

Io continuo a pormi obiettivi di crescita su Splinterlands, spero che i bots siano eliminati completamente da Splinterlands, continuo ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format dove non ci sono i bots e aspetto con molta eccitazione le versioni completamente giocabili di Genesis League Soccer e Soulkeep che espanderanno l'ecosistema di Splinterlands
