+ My Results and Rewards in Events Number 15

+ Cost-to-play calculation

Blockchain-based games are one of my passions and I have a natural preference for Hive based games because Hive is my favorite blockchain project.

On Hive there are many playable games and I am an active player on different types of games among which there is BRO BANG which is an arcade hive-based game that I try to play at least two games a week because on BRO BANG there are two weekly events with related leaderboards and I like to compete with other players.

Four days ago, version 0.8.38 of Bro Bang was released, which changed the level distribution mechanism and also improved data security on Bro Bang.

The weekly events end tomorrow at 11:59 p.m. and so far only 6 players have played for the CCD Event 16 and only 4 players have played for the LGN Event 16.

Some players play on the last day of the event so most likely before the end of the event there will be more players and the ranking will change.

I try to find some time to play on Saturday because Sunday is my favorite day of the week because I devote all my free time to my family and so I would hardly be able to play before the end of the event.

Today I played a game in the CCD Event and to play I spent 100 CCD (the game's native tokens) whose cost if purchased on Hive Engine is 0.059999 SWAP.HIVE.

My first action in the game is always to go to the Shop and get the baseball bat, which is very useful when used in combination with the A and D keys because it allows you to hit multiple pins at once.

Then, following the advice of top player @teooo, I should have used the crowbar as my second tool to use in game to hit pins.

I recommend you watch the video posted by @teooo (Bro bang strategy video) if you want to improve your scores on BRO BANG ;)

With two hammers instead of one it is easier to get higher scores and it is also easier to defeat zombies in case you hit the wrong pin so always play with two hammers instead of one ;)

As a first game I didn't play very well because after 441 bangs I had the waves bar with only one chance of error during a wave and only two hearts = 2 possible errors on the board.

I also accidentally hit a zombie pin but had no problem defeating zombies with two hammers at my disposal.

Unfortunately, I made the decisive mistake during a wave and after 534 bangs I ended the game with a score of 2243 points which is a score way below my average.

With my score I am in second place in the CCD Event standings but in all likelihood this will not be my final placement because there are some very good players who have yet to yet to play.

I play on a lot of games and I don't have a lot of free time available and for this reason I will not try to improve my score in the CCD Event and I will try to improve this score during the next CCD event starting on Monday.

I will try to be much more focused in the game I will play in the LGN Event.

In order to participate in the weekly events, a cost is required that varies depending on whether you choose to play a single game per time or whether you choose to play an unlimited number of games during an event.

Therefore, in each of my posts on BRO BANG I will share the calculation of the cost of participating in events based on the value of the tokens you need to spend to play.

In this way I hope to give useful elements to Bro Bang players but especially to new players.

Two events, LGN Event #16 and CCD Event #16, are ongoing on BRO BANG and will end on Sunday, November 17 at 11:59 pm.

On BRO BANG you can play in three game modes (one free and two paid):

  • Play for Free
  • Pay with CCD token
  • Pay with LGN token

The paid modes allow you to participate in the two events that have a prize pool of CCD tokens and LGN tokens and earn points that are valid for BRO BANG season rankings.

Based on the current market values (Lowest Ask Values) of CCD and LGN tokens I have calculated the cost in HIVE and dollars to participate in the current CCD Event and LGN Event.

  • Today November 16, 2024, playing 1 game in the CCD Event has a cost of 100 CCD = 0.059999 HIVE = 0.014520$

  • Choosing to play unlimited games during the CCD Event has a cost of 1000 CCD = 0.59999 HIVE = 0.145198$

  • Playing 1 game in the LGN Event has a cost of 0.08 LGN = 0.088739 HIVE = 0.021475$

  • Choosing to play unlimited games during the LGN Event has a cost of 0.80 LGN = 0.887395 HIVE = 0.214750$

Obviously these costs can be reduced by trying to bid (Highest Bid).

My game activity and results in events #15.

I participated in both events #15 in the previous week and played a total of 2 games:

  • 1 game in the CCD EVENT, spent 100 CCD, got a score = 3900 points, finished 4th place in ranking and received a prize of 2044.49 CCD

  • 1 game in the LGN EVENT, I spent 0.08 LGN, got a score = 1655 points, finished 6th place in ranking and received a prize of 0.651 LGN

Based on the market value (Highest Bid) of the LGN tokens and the CCD tokens, I calculated the total gain I obtained by playing in CCD Event 15 and LGN Event 15.

I obtained a gain (Total reward value - total match cost) = 1.43 SWAP.HIVE = 0.34$

It is a small gain but I consider it a good gain because I obtained it by playing and having fun!

Instead, in the next table you can see the total gain I have made to date on BROBANG by playing 15 CCD events out of 16 and by playing 15 LGN events out of 16.

Since the beginning of the season I have missed only 1 event.
I spent in total:

  • 3200 CCD
  • 3.52 LGN

I received as total reward:

  • 21214.93 CCD
  • 26.15 LGN

I obtained a profit = 18014.93 CCD + 22.63 LGN = 32.19 SWAP.HIVE = $7.79

I like to monitor the value of the tokens of the games I play and/or have invested in, and I conclude this post with a small focus on the market value of CCD and LGN tokens in the November 8, 2024 - November 16, 2024 time frame.

In a time interval of 8 days:

  • HIVE: +0.051$ = +26.70%

  • CCD (Highest Bid): +0.0000192$ = +32.78%

  • CCD (Lowest Ask): +0.000012$ = +8.66%

  • LGN (Highest Bid): +0.0536066$ = +25.51%

  • LGN (Lowest Ask): +0.0010560$ = +0.39%

La mia esperienza di gioco su BRO BANG mini game + I miei risultati e le mie ricompense negli eventi 15!

I giochi basati su blockchain sono una delle mie passioni e ho una naturale preferenza per gli Hive-based games perchè Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito.

Su Hive ci sono molti giochi giocabili e io sono un giocatore attivo su diverse tipologie di giochi tra cui c'è BRO BANG che è l'unico arcade game a cui cerco di giocare almeno due partite a settimana perchè su BRO BANG ci sono due eventi settimanali con le relative leaderboards e mi piace competere con gli altri giocatori.

Gli eventi settimanali terminano domani alle 23:59 e fino ad oggi solo 6 giocatori hanno giocato per il CCD Event 16 e solo 4 giocatori hanno giocato per il LGN Event.

Alcuni giocatori giocano l'ultimo giorno dell'evento e quindi con molta probabilità prima della fine dell'evento ci sarà un numero maggiore di giocatori e la classifica cambierà.

Io cerco di trovare un pò di tempo per giocare il sabato perchè la domenica è il mio giorno della settimana preferito perchè dedico tutto il mio tempo libero alla famiglia e quindi difficilmente riuscirei a giocare prima della fine dell'evento.

Oggi ho giocato una partita nel CCD Event e per giocare ho speso 100 CCD (i token nativi del gioco) il cui costo se acquistati su Hive Engine è di 0.059999 SWAP.HIVE.

La prima azione di gioco è sempre quella di andare nello Shop e prendere la mazza da baseball che è molto utile se usata in combinazione con i tast A e D perchè permette di colpire più pins contemporaneamente.

Poi, seguendo il consiglio del top player @teooo, avrei dovuto scegliere il piede di porco come mio secondo strumento da utilizzare in gioco per colpire i pins.

Invece, per sbaglio ho scelto l'ascia... :)
Non avevo mai usato prima d'ora l'ascia e quindi è stato un test ma conviene assolutamente usare il piede di porco ;)

Ti consiglio di vedere il video pubblicato da @teooo (Bro bang strategy video) se vuoi migliorare i tuoi punteggi su BRO BANG ;)

Con due hammers invece che uno è più facile ottenere punteggi più alti ed è anche più facile sconfiggere gli zombies nel caso in cui si colpisce il pin sbagliato e quindi gioca sempre con due hammers invece che uno ;)

Come prima partita non ho giocato molto bene perchè dopo 441 bangs avevo la barra dei waves con una sola possibilità di errore durante un wave e solo due cuori = 2 possibili errori sul tabellone.

Per sbaglio ho anche colpito uno zombie pins ma non ho avuto problemi a sconfiggere gli zombies con due hammers a disposizione.

Purtroppo ho fatto l'errore decisivo durante un wave e dopo 534 bangs ho terminato la partita con un punteggio di 2243 punti che è un punteggio decisamente sotto la mia media.

Con il mio punteggio sono al secondo posto della classifica del CCD Event ma con molta probabilità questo non sarà il mio piazzamento definitivo perchè ci sono dei giocatori molto bravi che devono
ancora giocare.

Gioco su tanti giochi e non ho molto tempo libero disponibile e per questo motivo non proverò a migliorare il mio punteggio nel CCD Event e proverò a migliorare questo punteggio durante il prossimo CCD event che inizierà lunedi.

Cercherò di essere molto più concentrato nella partita che giocherò nel LGN Event.

Per partecipare agli eventi settimanali è necessario sostenere un costo che varia in base alla scelta di giocare una singola partita per volta oppure alla scelta di giocare un numero illimitato di partite durante un evento.

Per questo motivo in ogni mio post su BRO BANG condividerò il calcolo del costo di partecipazione agli eventi in base al valore dei token che è necessario spendere per giocare.
In questo modo spero di dare elementi utili ai giocatori di Bro Bang ma soprattutto ai nuovi giocatori.

Calcolo del costo per partecipare agli eventi in corso su Bro Bang

Su BRO BANG sono in corso due eventi, il LGN Event numero 15 e il CCD Event numero 15, che termineranno domenica 17 novembre alle ore 23:59.

Su BRO BANG è possibile giocare in tre modalità di gioco (una gratuita e due a pagamento):

  • Play for Free
  • Pay with CCD token
  • Pay with LGN token

Le modalità a pagamento permettono di partecipare ai due eventi che hanno un montepremi separato, in token CCD e in token LGN, e permettono anche di guadagnare punti valevoli per i rankings della stagione di BRO BANG.

In base ai valori di mercato attuali (Lowest Ask Values) dei token CCD e LGN ho calcolato il costo in HIVE e il costo in dollari per partecipare al CCD Event e al LGN Event in corso in modo da dare informazioni utili ai possibili nuovi giocatori che vogliono provare questo gioco.

Ho partecipato in entrambi gli eventi nella precedente settimana e ho giocato in totale 2 partite:

  • 1 partita nel CCD EVENT, ho speso 100 CCD, ho ottenuto uno score = 3900 punti, sono arrivato al 4° posto nel ranking e ho ricevuto un premio di 2044.49 CCD

In base al valore di mercato (Highest Bid) dei token LGN e dei token CCD ho calcolato il guadagno totale che ho ottenuto giocando nel CCD Event 15 e nel LGN Event 15.

Ho ottenuto un guadagno (Totale valore ricompense - totale costo partite) = 1.43 SWAP.HIVE = 0.34$

E' un piccolo guadagno che però considero un buon guadagno perchè l'ho ottenuto giocando e divertendomi!

Nella prossima tabella puoi invece vedere il guadagno totale che ho ottenuto fino ad oggi su BROBANG giocando 15 CCD event su 16 e giocando 15 LGN event su 16.
