New Loot Chests, My Modern and Wild Seasonal Results and My Card Collection Upgrades
On Splinterlands the season number 135 is underway, which started just over a day ago and will end in about 14 days and 22 hours.
At the beginning of the new season, a change was introduced in GWEN'S GLINT SHOP:

Random Draws have been removed.
-
Lot Chests have been introduced**.
This is a bit of a throwback because many players had not liked the elimination of loot chests and Splinterlands reintroduced them with a few changes from the previous version of loot chests.
In the old loot chests it was possible to find SPS tokens while in the new loot chests it is not possible to find SPS tokens but it is possible to find:
- Reward cards
- Potions
- Merits
- Energy
- Jackpot Prizes
The probability of finding a prize type depends on the type of loot chest as you can see from the next screenshot.

The amount and rarity of Reward cards found in loot chests also depends on the type of loot chests.

The minimum and maximum amount of Merits and Potions also depends on the type of loot chests.

The new feature introduced with the new loot chests is the ability to find energy points and also Jackpot prizes.

In Loot Chests, the luck factor plays an important role.
I prefer to buy Rarity Draws because I have upgrade goals that have different priorities based on the rarities of the soulbound cards that I have not yet upgraded to the maximum level but I decided to buy 10 Major Chest to show in this post a practical case of opening new loot chests.
I was not particularly lucky because I found 2 soulbound common cards, 463 merits, 1 Energy and several potions.
Regarding my seasonal results, the recently concluded season number 134 was a different season for me from previous ones because for the first time I played in both Wild and Modern formats.
My main focus is and always will be on the Modern Format because it is the only format that is fun for me because playing against bot-farms does not appeal to me and I prefer to play against real players like myself.
In the Modern Format I play with @libertycrypto27 while in the Wild Format I play with my curation account for SPS tokens (@libertygame27) to whom I have delegated many of my Beta and Untamed cards and to whom I have also delegated 20K SPS.
With @libertycrypto27 I finished season 134 in the Gold II league of the Modern Format.
My season goal was to finish the season at least in the Gold I league.
I did not reach my season goal by 120 rating points but I will try again this season.
The end-of-season reward was 37767 Glint.
With @libertygame27 I started from the Novice league of the Wild Format and finished season 134 in the Champion III league.
My wild format play is more of a test so I had not set any season goals but I was really surprised how easily I reached the Champion III league.
The difference in win rate between libertycrypto27 and libertygame27 was really big.
With libertycrypto27 I slightly improved my win rate from the previous season: +0.21%
With libertygame27 I got a very high win rate despite not using maximum level summoners and maximum level cards: 75.98%.
Although the last days of season 134 I delegated 20K SPS to libertygame27, with my main account I gained more SPS from battle victories than in the previous season: 605.58 SPS VS 555.87 SPS.

With libertygame27 I only gained 31.10 SPS from wins in battles but this figure has little value for the moment for my test because I played fewer battles than libertycrypto27 and especially because I started from the Novice league where the rewards in SPS are very low.

Will the current season be important for my testing because it will allow me to evaluate whether to continue playing in both formats or return to playing only in the Modern Format...we shall see...

My main focus for the moment is on Rarity Draws because I want to upgrade Soulbound summoners to the highest level and so far I have not completed any of these upgrades.
In conclusion I share the completion of two of my latest upgrade goals:
- Baron Fyatt: level 1 -> level 2
- Croire: level 4 -> level 6
In the screenshot below you can see one of my recent battles in which I used Croire level 6.

I Nuovi Loot Chest, i mie risultati stagionali e i miei ultimi upgrade
Su Splinterlands è in corso la stagione numero 135 che è iniziata da poco più di un giorno e terminerà tra circa 14 giorni e 22 ore.
All'inizio della nuova stagione è stata introdotta una modifica nel GWEN’S GLINT SHOP:

sono stati rimossi i Random Draws

sono stati introdotti i Loot Chests
Questo è un pò un ritorno al passato perchè molti giocatori non avevano apprezzato l'eliminazione dei loot chests e Splinterlands li ha reintrodotti con qualche modifica rispetto alla versione precedente dei loot chests.
Nei vecchi loot chests era possibile trovare i token SPS mentre nei nuovi loot chest non è possibile trovare i token SPS ma è possibile trovare:
- Reward card
- Potions
- Merits
- Energy
- Jackpot Prizes
Le probabilità di trovare una tipologia di premio dipende dal tipo di loot chest come puoi vedere dallo screenshot seguente.

La novità introdotta con i nuovi loot chests è la possibilità di trovare punti energia e anche Jackpot prizes.

Nei Loot Chest il fattore fortuna gioca un ruolo importante.
Io preferisco acquistare i Rarity Draws perchè ho obiettivi di upgrade che hanno priorità diverse in base alle rarità delle carte soulbound che non ho ancora portato al massimo livello ma ho deciso di acquistare 10 Major Chest per mostrare in questo post un caso pratico di apertura dei nuovi loot chests.
Non sono stato particolarmente fortunato perchè ho trovato 2 carte comuni soulbound, 463 merits, 1 Energy e diverse pozioni.
Per quanto riguarda i miei risultati stagionali, la stagione numero 134 da poco conclusa è stata per me una stagione diversa dalle precedenti perchè per la prima volta ho giocato in entrambi i formati Wild e Modern.
Il mio focus principale è e sarà sempre sul Modern Format perchè è l'unico formato divertente per me perchè giocare contro le bot-farms non mi piace e preferisco giocare contro i giocatori reali come me.
Nel Modern Format gioco con @libertycrypto27 mentre nel Wild Format gioco con il mio curation account per i token SPS (@libertygame27) a cui ho delegato molte mie carte Beta e Untamed e a cui ho delegato anche 20K SPS.
Con @libertycrypto27 ho terminato la stagione 134 nella lega Gold II del Modern Format.
Il mio obiettivo stagionale era terminare la stagione almeno in lega Gold I.
Non ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo stagionale per 120 punti di rating ma ci riproverò in questa stagione.
La ricompensa di fine statione è stata di 37767 Glint
Con @libertygame27 sono partito dalla lega Novice del Wild Format e ho terminato la stagione 134 nella lega Champion III.
La mia attività di gioco nel mio wild format è più che altro un test e quindi non avevo fissato obiettivi stagionali ma sono rimasto davvero sorpreso della facilità con cui ho raggiunto la lega Champion III.
La differenza di win rate tra tra libertycrypto27 e libertygame27 è stata davvero grande.
Con libertycrypto27 ho leggermente migliorato il mio win rate rispetto alla stagione precedente: +0.21%
Con libertygame27 ho ottenuto un win rate molto alto nonostante non ho utilizzato evocatori di massimo livello e carte di massimo livello: 75.98%.
Anche se gli ultimi giorni della stagione 134 ho delegato 20K SPS a libertygame27, con il mio account principale ho guadagnato dalle vittorie in battaglie un quantitativo di SPS maggiore rispetto alla stagione precedente: 605.58 SPS VS 555.87 SPS.

Con libertygame27 ho guadagnato solo 31.10 SPS dalle vittorie in battaglie ma questo dato ha per il momento poco valore per il mio test perchè ho giocato meno battaglie rispetto a libertycrypto27 e soprattutto perchè sono partito dalla lega Novice dove le ricompense in SPS sono molto basse.

Sarà la stagione in corso importante per il mio test perchè mi permetterà di valutare se continuare a giocare in entrambi i formati oppure se ritornare a giocare solo nel Modern Format...vedremo...
Per quanto riguarda i miei progressi relativi all'upgrade delle carte Soulbound ho fatto dei passi in avanti grazie all'acquisto di:
