Hey there I hope you are doing well this is lucky ali and welcome back to this week's battle mage secret challenge. Talking about time then thankfully I got this ruleset in my 5th battle which is good. This battle was tough for me to win but overall it was a good experience.
Here I am going to share step by step all the details regarding this battle this is not just understanding the strategy but you have to learn from mistakes and this is the aim behind this challenge's post. So let's get started.
Battle Rules
This was 39 mana cap battle. earth was inactive and fire, water, life, death, and dragon were available.
- Reverse Speed: This is all about evading attacks and reversing the speed, which means a card with a low speed will win here. The card with the highest speed gets attacked the most and also gets the most damage.
- Maneuvers: If you want your cards to gain reach then this is the ruleset that allows it. In the battle with this ruleset benefit all cards with reach.
- Odd ones out: Odd mana costs are only allowed in this particular battle and all the other cards are not available in this particular battle so here you don't need to do anything because everything is set automatically.
My Battle Line Up
First Position: I have used hardy Stonefish in the first position and this is one mana monster with one armor, one health, one attack, and one speed.
Second Position: Serpent of Eld is a good card and this particular monster should not be used with the reverse speed ruleset because this can be bad for you. I made a mistake here but you must not.
Third Position: Used crustacean king here and it is just the heal the first monster also it has a ranged attack which is good and it is because I have level 5 of this monster.
Fourth Position: Isgald vorst is here and this monster has bloodlust and opportunity ability. Bloodlust ability is the specialty of the gladiator monster.
Fifth Position: Used Captains ghost here which has affliction and oppress ability. This monster is magic attack monster with 3 attacks, 2 speed, and 7 health.
Sixth Position: Nerissa tridawn is here and it's a powerful magic attack monster with 3 attacks, 2 speed, and 10 health. Due to odd ones out ruleset most magic cards were not available.
The Battle
Round 1 - I lost hardy stonefish by poison.
*I lost Serpent of eld by pelacor deceiver's attack.
Round 2 - I lost crustacean king by baron fyatt's attack.
*Opponent lost pelacor deceiver by isgald vorst's attack.
*I lost isgald vorst by possessed puppet's attack.
Round 3 - I lost captain's ghost by possesed puppet.
*I lost nerissa tridawn by uraeus' attack.
I lost the game.
