Banana yogurt and groundnut smoothie

Hello dear drinkslovers!

In today's smoothie recipe I'll share a simple, healthy and refreshing treat! It's a banana yoghurt mix, super creamy, crunchy and naturally sweet, with just three main ingredients you probably have at home already!

The smoothie recipe is super simple with natural sweetness. Perfect for desert or even a light snack. It is sweet, smooth and satisfying and the groundnut added a nice crunch and protein boost.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of banana
  • 1 sachet of yogurt
  • 1 handful of roasted
    groundnuts

Procedure

Peel the bananas, remove the groundnut peels, pour the yogurt in a small cup

Next crush the bananas and add a little water to it. Then pour in the yoghurt and refrigerated it for a while.

Then pour in a glass cup and add the groundnuts

And at that point it was done and ready to be enjoyed.

It's a great recipe if you're looking for something very simple and sweet.
This recipe helps to regulate blood pressure, and it's a good source of energy and natural sugars. And it also helps to aid digestion.
