Hello dear friends. It's another beautiful day to share with you all here. I hope you're all doing great .
So today I'll be sharing a special and tropical juice recipe that you'll love so much. We're so thankful to have lots of fruits at hand and we can make them into many amazing drinks recipe. I got the Idea of this juice from a popular Nigerian drink called Chi-exotic amd Coconut amd pineapple is yhe main ingredients. It is also my favorite drink btw.

Today I'll share with you all this Exotic drink I made with just pineapple and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size coconut
  • Half a bunch of pineapple

First step in making this was to break the coconut and cut it in smaller chunks. Same goes for the pineapple too. This helps it to blend more properly and faster.

Next we transfer them to the blender, add 1.5 cups of water and start blending

After it was blended properly I sieved it to remove the chaff from the coconut and after that the juice is ready!

And as usual this juice is best served chilled and pairs well with a good breakfast or lunch.

The juice was super delicious, the coconut milk stood out really well and blending with the pineapple it was so nice. And this is a really healthy choice and a good substitute for soda or energy drinks as the juice offers a blend of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It helps with immune support hydration and digestion.

So would you be trying this juice, I'm sure you'll love it when you do.
Thank you so much for your time here, I hope you enjoyed the easy process for making this juice. The quantity I used gave me about 3 glasses, so you can choose to add more depending on how big you want it. See you all next time!
