In today's edition of smoothie time I'll share with you how I made a very unique and delicious smoothie that you'll certainly love trying out.
Ok have you ever tried cucumber with groundnuts (peanuts)? Well , it's a common and tasty snack, and I really enjoy the combination. So I decided to take a step further and make a smoothie with the combo. But I also explored adding soy beans to it for extra richness and nutrition

So let's get started on how I made this. Since this was just an experiment, I only used few of the ingredients.

Ingredients

IMG_20250402_230349~2.jpgIMG_20250402_230435.jpg
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of groundnuts
  • 2 tablespoons soy beans powder

Procedure

First step was to peel the cucumber skin and set it aside

Next I put the groundnuts and the cucumber into the blender, added a little water and then set it to blend to paste.

After blending I poured it in a cup and poured in the soy beans flour

At this point it was ready! Ams it looks like I'll be trying this again more often because it turned out really nice, I love how the cucumber didn't overshadow the groundnut so the groundnut taste was really good I'm the smoothie, btw it's the already roasted groundnut I used for this not fresh ones.

This experiment turned out really successful! The cucumber blended perfectly with the roasted groundnuts, and the groundnuts gave the smoothie a rich and nutty flavor. I also loved the soybeans I added to it, made it more creamy and even more enjoyable.

Thanks y'all for your time here, and I hope you try out this smoothie recipe. Ciao, see you next time 🤗
